Welcome to our beautiful mountain retreat in Payson, Arizona — a place where fresh pine air, peaceful forest surroundings, and spacious comfort come together to create the perfect getaway for families and friends.

Just about 90 minutes from the Phoenix area, our cabin offers a true escape from the desert heat while still being conveniently located about 20 minutes from downtown Payson for restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores.

Whether you’re planning a family reunion, group getaway, girls weekend, or simply a relaxing retreat in nature, this home was designed to give everyone space to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of the mountains.

The Cabin

This is a true log cabin home, something increasingly rare to find, offering nearly 5,000 square feet including a fully finished basement. With multiple gathering spaces and sleeping areas, the cabin comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests.

A Labor of Love

Sean and I purchased the cabin in October 2025 and spent the next four months renovating and upgrading the home, carefully improving the space while preserving the character and charm that made us fall in love with it in the first place.

Many of the improvements throughout the home were projects we took on ourselves. It was a huge learning experience and truly a labor of love. Our goal was to create a place that feels warm, welcoming, and memorable for every guest who visits.

Outdoor Living Among the Pines

Because we both love nature and the outdoors, creating beautiful outdoor spaces was especially important to us.

During the renovation we refreshed the main deck (over 350 square feet) along with the upper deck, giving guests multiple places to relax and enjoy the peaceful forest surroundings.

Our cabin is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and parties or events are not permitted. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise low between 10 PM and 7 AM. For safety and dust control, the 15 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced throughout the community. Parking is limited to five vehicles in the driveway, with no street parking allowed. Seasonal fire bans may be in effect; during these times, campfires are not permitted, and a sign will be posted at the fire pit when restrictions apply.
