This duplex is spacious with open concept living on the main floor, and sleeps 8. Bring your boat, take a dip in the hot tub or sit by the fire. Quiet and relaxing this duplex has it all! Gorgeous views, large kitchen for cooking and entertaining, ocean sounds, and room for everyone! Bring your family & friends and make memories at the Sandy Sound!
Step in to the west side of this amazing sound front duplex Sandy Sound! ( rent both sides for twice the fun with friends and family which can sleep up to 16 people!!!!)
Upon entering you will see the amazing views from the open concept living room, kitchen and dining room! Fully stocked kitchen with large living room. And dining room to play games and relax together!
All the bedrooms are on the second floor. Here you will have the 2 guest bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 sets of twin bunk beds! Both of these bedrooms share a full bath! The master suite has its own bathroom and sound views with its own incredible deck! Perfect for wine or coffee and enjoying the view!
The laundry area is on the bottom floor with access to the back yard that’s shared by other side the east side where you will find the fire pit, boat dock, grill and hot tub!
The beach is just a 2 min walk across the street at the end of the driveway! It’s a public beach access with parking!
We have tons of parking with overflow across the street at the public beach h parking!
