About this property
Modern cabin with mountain views, private yard & furnished deck - great location
Sweeping mountain views combine with a gorgeous setting tucked into the trees to create the perfect mountain escape in this brand-new, three-bedroom home. Outside, two upstairs decks are perfect for morning coffee while you watch the sunrise, and the spacious downstairs deck is the perfect spot for the family to gather at the end of the day, and both boast that amazing view.
Inside, you'll find a brand-new interior with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and stylish furnishings throughout. The chef will love the open, well-equipped kitchen, with gleaming stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop prep space. Little helpers can perch at the kitchen island's barstools while everyone else dines together at the window-front table, complete with more gorgeous views.
Though it feels a world away, you're only five minutes from downtown Estes Park when you decide to head out, and less than a mile from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. At the end of the day, gather as a group upstairs in the loft or downstairs on the bottom floor to watch a little TV. A high-top table on the bottom level is perfect for a game of cards, and the adjacent wine fridge comes in handy if you want to open a celebratory bottle.
In the warmer months, a newly installed mini-split air conditioner in the loft keeps the whole cabin cool. Extra perks of this charming home include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and a large, private yard. The area is perfect for family reunions, as there are three neighboring vacation properties available for rent. Book your family reunion in beautiful Estes Park and get ready to create some wonderful lasting memories.

We will book again next time we visit RMNP. Very clean and nicely furnished. This cabin checked all the boxes and more! Host was very responsive and attentive to us.

Thermostats would not allow for temp change (during summer months!).
Thermostat(s) would not allow for temp change (during summer months!).
I made several attempts to contact VRBO and/or property manager, no response.
We just needed to open all windows and allow the place to cool down overnights and hope that the house did not heat up too much during the days.

We are sorry for any confusion but this home does not have AC. We hope the guest enjoyed their stay.
We thought this place was great. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the wildlife. The bedrooms were well set up with the two beds on the second floor and the couch for our three kids to stay upstairs and have their own bathroom, my wife and I to stay on the first floor with our own bathroom and my father to stay in the walkout basement with his own bathroom. Everyone had a lot of space and it was relatively quiet.
The house is literally right outside of Rocky Mountain National Park so it was super convenient for getting out and going hiking and close to restaurants, shopping, etc. and not far at all from town.
We loved how quiet, peaceful and relaxing our stay was. The house is very comfortable and well laid out. I already mentioned the two decks, but I will again since we loved them so much. We saw a lot of mule deer from the deck and even saw a bobcat. Very cool.
Communication was easy and straightforward and all done by text. Check in was simple with directions sent the day before on what to do & check out easy too.
We did have some minor issues (the dryer dries very slowly, one of the windows was a challenge to close and we had the flip the breaker after using the appliances in kitchen), however, these were far outweighed by how much we liked staying in this place. It really was the perfect setting for a relaxing, mountain get away and it's proximity to RMNP was perfect.
We definitely would stay here again when we return to Estes Park!
This was a family vacation for 3 families. Our cabin was Perfect! 3 levels. 1 for each family with a full bath on every level. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
This property is beautiful and well laid out to offer privacy. The amenities on site are wonderful and the kitchen has great appliances. There is even a lower level bar area. The windows look out over the rocky mountain peaks and offer wildlife viewing. The cabin is better in person than the pictures show, if you can believe that. We loved the cabin and will be booking again
The property was in great condition and super convenient to the entrance of the park and the shops and restaurants of Estes Park. Favorite spot was the outdoor table and the upstairs deck!
This was a great place for our group as there are bedrooms on each level each with their own bathroom and a living space. The view of the mountains was wonderful. We were a little nervous when the description said no AC but it was not needed as there were ceiling fans and portable fans in each bedroom. It was an easy drive to the downtown area and hiking.

Lots of room close to downtown Estes
Lots of room, love the the large kitchen and dining area. Three bathrooms were a must for a family of 5 (two girls). Only about 7 minutes to downtown Estes Park and about 5 minutes to RMNP. The two decks are great however the views are obstructed by trees. Wish you could sit out and look at the Rockies. Also the beds are pretty bad. Not comfortable at all. We loved the space and loved the location. Bettter beds and a better view would have made this a 5 star review.

Beautiful Cabin
The cabin was beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed for a group of 8, 4 of which were kids. They enjoyed the loft and we enjoyed the space down stairs. We brought our own food and grilled out every meal. We saved a lot of money that way. We loved setting outside and having drinks on the deck. Great place, with great views.

Great location and beautiful cabin!
We loved the cabin while we stayed in estes park. It was new and clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again. A few things I'd like to mention that could have made it a little better would be investing in hot tub. The nights are nice and cool and after a long day of hiking, this would have been a welcome amenity. Also, there is no fireplace, which would definitely stop us from renting this cabin if it were winter. One other thing is typically in rentals that we've had, the owner or rental company puts together a binder or folder of suggestions for local places to eat and visit, in addition to instructions about how to leave the house when we leave at the end of our stay. There was truly no info left for the renter. Again, not a big deal but something for them to consider. All that being said, definitely a beautiful cabin that was nice and new!
