We had the best week. Isabel was beyond accommodating and very responsive in the lead up to and during our stay. The house is even better in person. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 kids and were very comfortable. Providing linens, basic toiletries, and paper products was such a great touch. The neighborhood was especially friendly and the pool was exactly what we needed for our 4 & 7 year olds.

I would highly recommend this property for your next rental at Bethany Beach. The communication between Marie Isabel was excellent and the provided amenities were too numerous to list. She was quick to respond and provided needed information upfront to assure a smooth transition into the property. The property was very family friendly with a beautiful back patio which included a gas grill and party lights for nightime family gatherings. The well-kept community pool and playground was within walking distance and the people in the neighborhood were all friendly. Highly recommended.

We had an enjoyable stay for 1 week in August 2026 with family of 5 adults and 4 kids. The house is as described in the listing. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about everything you might have at home. Additionally, there are beach towels and beach toys (sand digging, boards), drying racks for the towels in the garage, along with an umbrella and portable beach chairs and a beach buggy to boot. The outdoor grill worked fine and is supplied with appropriate tools for grilling.The uniquely designed community pool was a huge hit, especially for the kids.The house is in an established development which was quiet, and also convenient to grocery stores, etc.Bethany Beach was about a 12-15 minute drive depending on time of day. Fenwick State Beach was about 20 minutes.Our host made the stay easy, what with excellent communication. She was very quick to remedy a dryer problem by bringing in a repair company shortly after learning of our problem.I can highly recommend this house and its host, and would stay here again.

Overall the property was clean, spacious, adequate parking and family friendly environment, I would suggest the owners consider upgrading to at least one King size bed, this would allow comfort for those that are over 6ft tall. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The house was everything we expected and more. The host thought of everything and had every thing we needed. The kitchen was filled with amazing items and we didn’t want for anything. We thought it was a very nice touch to provide not only bath towels but also beach towels for everyone. My family and I loved the house and can’t wait to come again
