The house features two bathrooms, one with a shower and a bathtub, making mornings and evenings easy for everyone. A cozy living room offers a sofa bed, adding extra sleeping space or a spot to unwind. With excellent air conditioning, the home stays comfortable no matter the weather. Sun Lakes offers impressive pickel ball courts with lighting at night for evening play, plentiful tennis courts, 45 holes of great golf (our 18 hole short course was just voted the #1 rated course in the USA), a great large pool with recently refurbished pool leisure/snack area, a nice workout area, a pool exercise area in our smaller pool and a wonderful, moderately priced clubhouse area. Sun Lakes is considered a "diamond" adult community by those of us lucky enough to live here. Come and join us. We offer winter and summer rental rates, with a 28 day minimum guest stay.
