Perfect apartment for our one week stay in Dublin. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the waterfront to the Guinness Storehouse. We also loved the patio, perfect for an afternoon glass of wine to unwind after our day.
Wonderful flat in a very central location in Dublin. Walking distance to Trinity College, Grafton Street, St Stephen’s Green, National Gallery, Museum, Temple Bar area, and much more. Small Tesco grocery store around the corner we and two pubs right at the end of the block. Easy walk to the train to Howth. Busy, bustling area but calm, clean flat inside, with two outside balconies, good beds and large bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Ireland again!
Very clean, excellent location, everything we were looking for.

Great location and flat. Check in was a little frustrating but once we met with Maria everything was great. We rented a vehicle. Extra charge for parking and King beds Once you get acclimated to everything then it’s all good. Host was rude on emails which is their preferred means of communication. Website was archaic and overwhelming on instructions for flat

It has been so long since I got a less than perfect review that I was shocked by this one. I read through our correspondence and saw nothing I would call "rude". The primary contention is that I ONLY communicate via emails. This visitor likes/wanted texts. Cannot make everyone happy but even she enjoyed the flat (just not me and our website!!).
While I understand that the host does not live nearby, having to go to one location to pick up the keys and then spend time searching and asking several people for directions to the property itself after a ten-hour flight was frustrating and not a great way to start the stay. That said, the location itself was fantastic—close to a variety of attractions and convenient public transportation. The bedrooms were a good size, the bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and the laundry room was excellent. However, there were several things that made the stay less welcoming. Expecting guests staying for only a week to purchase basic necessities such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil feels unnecessarily unaccommodating. Only providing one roll of paper towels for the entire stay added to that impression. At some point, the nickel-and-diming becomes excessive. There was also no real coffee table in the living room, which made it difficult to comfortably relax on the couch and put your feet up. Additionally, there were cigarette butts left in the ashtray.Overall, the location was excellent, and the accommodations had some definite positives, but the lack of basic amenities and a few avoidable details took away from what could have been a much more comfortable and welcoming stay.

Glad that the property almost met your needs.
The information sent to you prior to your visit gave addresses and, in some cases, maps as to where the flat is located and where the keys were to be collected.
Some people stay for 3 of 4 days, others for multiple weeks. All we provide is enough basics so that you do not have to go shopping as soon as you arrive. If there was only one toilet roll, I apologise but have to wonder if there was one spare and one on the "roll" in each bathroom.
The lack of basics (salt and pepper) is not acceptable and I will make sure that that is taken care of.
This is a great location!! Very central to everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go. Being able to do laundry was great! It could have used a Kleenex box or two, and a plug in the bathroom for the hairdryer would have been nice, but we figured out a way to make the hairdryer easier. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Thanks Sheila.
Just FYI plugs in the bathroom are illegal! It is a 220 volt system and getting an electric appliance in water is much more lethal than 110 volts! Hence the ban.
This was my second time staying in this flat. The owner and manager are responsive and helpful. The location makes getting around Dublin fast and easy. The flat has everything you need for easy living.
We really enjoyed our stay. I think I have never been in such a well equipped kitchen in a holiday appartment. The flat is nice, clean, simply delightful!
Excellent location within easy walking distance to popular attractions. The flat was clean and modern and contained all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable.
David was very easy to get in touch with. His place is in a great area where you can walk anywhere in central Dublin including Trinity College, Temple Bar and shopping. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our time in Dublin.
Wonderful location, communication with owner was easy & answered all our questions. Accommodation was given, due to very early landing of our plane. Wonderful experience all around.
Our stay was excellent. The property was perfectly located. The apartment was clean, everything we needed was provided. There even was a manual detailing how to use everything which was very helpful.
Fantastic location next to Trinity College Dublin.
Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Walkable everywhere in City Centre and in the middle of two Dart stops with the LUAS a few blocks away. Very responsive host and comfortable roomy space.
