Two sofa beds provide additional sleeping space for extra guests.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare your fresh catch or enjoy takeout from Publix, just 5 minutes away.

Step outside to your EPIC private backyard oasis—complete with a heated pool, private tiki hut, comfortable lounge seating, and a true 60 ft long dock providing plenty of space for your boat,or boats, less than 200 yards from the open Gulf! We love that this home sits on one of the few flow-through canals in Marathon, keeping the water consistently clean and clear. This means you can enjoy daily visits from incredible wildlife, including dolphins, tarpon, and manatees, gliding along the canal. You might even spot the occasional lobster taking up residence under the dock! Another highlight of the property is its east-facing orientation, which provides natural shade in the backyard during the afternoon and evening—perfect for staying cool and relaxing on hot Florida summer days.
