The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and filled with beautiful palm-lined streets, yet just minutes from everything you need. What we enjoy most is being able to start the day with a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach and end it with a sunset over the Gulf.
You’re close to Mercato for dining, shopping, and entertainment, but still tucked into a peaceful residential setting. It’s the perfect balance of beachside living and convenience — laid-back during the day, vibrant in the evening, and always welcoming.
