Set along the banks of the Arkansas River, this laid-back Colorado retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.
Minutes from Fisherman’s Bridge and Ruby Mountain, guests enjoy easy access to fly fishing, rafting, hiking, and mountain biking in the heart of the Arkansas Valley.
End the day soaking in nearby hot springs or walking over to River Runners Beach Restaurant for a margarita and live music.
The space:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire lower level of our home, which is a private, self-contained space.
Your private space includes:
Two bedrooms
One full bathroom
Full kitchen
Spacious living area with views of the Arkansas River
Dedicated workspace
Gear storage space
Private entrance to the lower level
The space is designed for comfort and privacy and accommodates up to 4 guests maximum.
Shared areas:
The outdoor property may be shared with the homeowners who live upstairs.
We are mindful of guest privacy and give you plenty of space.
Parking:
Dedicated on-site parking is available for guests. Instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Two car maximum unless approved by hosts. We are happy to accommodate space for trailers, rafts, other gear, etc. Just ask!
Entry:
Private Entrance. Self check-in with a keypad/lockbox (details sent before arrival).
