The location is great. Nicely decorated villa. Tim was a great host. Nice unit. SeaSide Villas are small. And the complex could use some investment/love overall. Reasonable value and perfect for a couple’s long weekend/short stay in South Forest Beach on the beach and close to great shopping and restaurants.

The cleanliness of the room was great. It was well stocked with items for the beach. For example, we had a wagon, chairs, paddle boards. They even had items already in the room. They had shampoo, conditioner, soap, half-and-half, sugar substitutes, and more. It was just very well decorated and cute.Anytime I had a question, I would just message him. He would get back with me quickly. The bathroom was nice.The pool is nice. We met some very nice families down there. I would overall recommend this room for anyone.

Great rental - very well stocked. Tim is amazing host. Ice maker was out and be prepared for a warm master bedroom - bur, nice fams.. If you need to work, the wifi connection in master does not connect to Teams/Zoom. You will need to go to main kitchen area or another place on the island - but, to be expected on HH. Overall, great experience, location and hospitality/hosting
