We absolutely loved the 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and the proximity to the beach access. Perfect for our family. The house is new and very nice, with ample parking. The one HUGE setback was that the kitchen and main living area is on the 4th floor, which I didn't see anything about in the posts. 3 sets of stairs to haul up groceries and navigate multiple times a day was tough. The bottom bedroom is a queen, not the king as advertised. The pool is very small but perfect for 5&8 year olds. The host was quick to respond. Kitchen is well stocked, just need to bring spices and food. There is access to the outdoor shower by the pool, however gate is on neighbors driveway side instead of yours. We are grateful for pet friendly places that welcome our service dog. One suggestion is to bring extra towels, washcloths, paper towels, and toilet paper.
