The spacious living room is filled with natural light and anchored by a cozy gas stove, while the adjacent dining area and stylish kitchen provide the perfect setting for entertaining. The kitchen boasts generous counter space, sleek cabinetry, and a large island ideal for gathering.

The home features multiple well-appointed bedrooms, including a serene primary suite with beautiful views. This property has a living area/sleeping quarters on the first floor which allows for full occupancy of 6. Bathrooms are thoughtfully designed with modern finishes, including a spa-like walk-in shower with stone flooring. Central air throughout the main level and mini-splits in the second floor living room and bedroom to keep all spaces cool.

Step outside to an expansive deck overlooking the water. Sip your morning coffee, outdoor dining, or relax while taking in the peaceful scenery. The private yard gently slopes toward the shoreline, offering direct access and a true waterfront lifestyle. Perfect for launching your kayak or paddleboard. A fire pit is provided (wood not provided) to gather around, roast s'mores and share your favorite past times with loved ones. Bocce is also provided for tenant use/fun!

Ideally tucked away but also located right of Route 1 with quick access to nearby destinations in downtown Wakefield and Narragansett! Markets, pharmacies, liquor stores, convenience stores are all within a 15 minute drive from the property.

Dog fee: Dog friendly on a case by case basis (0-20lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per dog, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet. Sorry, no cats allowed.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
