About this property

Downtown Cottage with Hot Tub, fire pit, washer/dryer and AC

Consider this cottage your home away from home while you visit Colorado Springs. Nice and open living area with a large island in the kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with a counter top over, induction cook top and microwave. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher as well as washer and dryer! Main level has a 3/4 bath and is fully stocked with towels, tp, soaps and shampoos and so on. The main level has a fold out futon to add a bit of sleeping room. Upstairs we have the most comfortable king size bed you've ever laid on. Large upstairs area acts as the main sleeping area with a good size closet and a secondary TV. Each level has it's own mini split heating/cooling unit. Outside we have a nice patio with a hot tub, fire pit and gas grill! Plenty of parking and private as it can be.

Decent place. Bathroom could use more towel racks. Microwave on top of fridge was odd. Park nearby was a great park for walking in the mornings. Neighborhood was marginal. We wouldn't go out walking at night. Might be safe, but we weren't willing to chance it.
