Here on the scenic Pemaquid Peninsula, you'll be 12 miles east of Wiscasset (home to delicious lobster rolls at Red's Eats) and 14 miles north of the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse. You can explore the local wildlife and shorelines with Damariscotta River Cruises five miles west, or pick up some fresh seafood at the Bremen Lobster Pound Co-op four miles east.

Great two night stay

Cabin was clean and quiet. Area with fire pit was private in wooded area. Amenities all in working order, will stay again !

Clean & spacious but lacking some amenities

Very spacious and clean cabin. But for 5 people, more garbage bags needed. There was no large pot for making spaghetti so we had to purchase one which we left in the cabin. It would be very helpful to add towel bars to hang wet towels. Also hooks on the doors for clothing. The water softener (I think) makes it time consuming to rinse off soap (dishes & in the shower) so that you need to use more water than usual. Perhaps a dishwasher would be appropriate considering the amount of people the cabin holds.
