Enjoy resort-style amenities including pools, tennis courts, walking trails, clubhouse, dog park, and lake access ( stocked fishing lake) —all while feeling on top of the world.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights
Absolutely no pets in or on beds , showers and furniture . If pet hair is found in any of the above mentioned an additional fee of $250 will incur .
Remove all sheets from beds ( leave bed liners and blanket ) put all used sheets and towels in the soaker tub in the master bath . Ensure that if the electrical awning was used it is retracted .
Put all trash in or on metal trash can on upper deck .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
