Neighborhood Rules- This home is located in a private HOA community where rules are strictly enforced. If not followed you may be asked to leave without refund.

• Quiet Hours: 10PM–8AM
• Parking: Maximum 4 cars. NO street parking.
• No Pets: Per HOA policy

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum 6 nights / Maximum 7 nights bookings. Bookings starting on Saturday or Sunday.

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked.
