Easy Breezy on the 16th Green in Sunset Beach
This 2 bedroom condo with full mini suite which overlooks the 16th green of Willard Byrd Golf Course is new to the rental market and has everything you need to enjoy your stay here in Sunset Beach. This 3rd floor end unit (with convenient elevator access) offers no foot traffic near your front door or noise from above you. The condo has been upgraded with beautiful furnishings and decorations along with a fully stocked kitchen and all the amenities you'll need. The Sea Trail Community provides 54 holes of golf on three different courses, tennis/pickle ball courts and three different pools to chose from. The pool located right across the parking lot is for the Champions community only while the other two pools are available to all Sea Trail owners and guests. You will be a short 1.5 mile drive to the private beach access parking lot only 1/2 block from the beautiful sandy beach. Everything you'll need is only minutes away including grocery store, dollar general, beachwear and restaurants etc... You will also be only an 8 minute drive to all the shops and restaurants in Calabash. We are also a three minute walk to the Convention Center & 2 restaurants/bars right next door to the Champions Complex.
