About this space
Light‑filled 2BR/1BA main‑floor home in Portland’s Alberta Arts District. Big living room, large dining room, full kitchen, in‑unit laundry, and a dedicated desk nook off the kitchen. Dog‑friendly with driveway parking for two cars and shared backyard oasis with covered pergola, and BBQ. Walk to Alberta’s restaurants, coffee, bars, galleries, and shops.

The space
Two bedrooms with full beds on the main floor. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime. I live in the basement ADU and will be available by text.

Other things to note
The basement ADU is occupied by my cousin as a long‑term tenant; your space is the full main floor, and only the backyard is shared. The upstairs of the house is used for storage and stays locked to comply with Portland’s 2‑bedroom short‑term rental permit. The home is dog‑friendly for well‑behaved pups (pet fee applies); please let me know about your dog when booking and clean up in the yard. Noise is typical for a shared house situation, and everyone is expected to observe quiet hours in the evening.

Location was perfect, walking distance to a nearby park and all that Alberta Street has to offer. Super easy to check-in and the accommodations were perfect for us and our infant. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
