Welcome to our cozy and charming New England home in the heart of York, Maine! Located in an unbeatable spot just steps from Short Sands Beach, our home is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy everything York has to offer.



One of the best parts of this home is the location. You’ll be close to local restaurants, shops, ice cream, Fun-O-Rama, York’s Wild Kingdom, Long Sands Beach, and the iconic Nubble Lighthouse.

Our home offers a comfortable and welcoming place for families, couples, and friends to gather. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, three queen beds, and three twin beds, there is plenty of space for everyone to settle in and enjoy their stay.



Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, plus two twin beds located on the attached sunporch within the room.



Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and one twin bed.



Bedroom 3 features a queen bed.



The home also includes a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a washer and dryer, private parking for up to 5 cars, beach essentials, and a smart lock for easy guest entry. Whether you’re starting your morning with coffee, spending the day by the water, or relaxing after exploring York, our home is designed to make your stay easy and enjoyable.



☆☆Parking & Arrival☆☆



Please note that parking is located behind the home on Seaberry Lane. Guests may park up to 5 cars in the driveway, which connects directly to the backyard and house.



Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

Checkout is at 10:00 AM.



For guest convenience, the home has a smart lock for entry. Guests will receive their access code and check-in instructions prior to arrival.

Guests are responsible for bringing their own linens and towels unless otherwise agreed upon. This includes bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, beach towels, and any other personal linens.



The home includes private parking, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, beach essentials, and a smart lock for entry.



Exterior security cameras are located outside the home for safety and property protection. There are no interior cameras or recording devices inside the home.



No parties or events are permitted.



No pets are allowed.
