La Dolce Vita, the sweet life, constructed in 1896 and underwent complete renovation on the first and second floor less than a year ago. The amazing home is enhanced by the perfect location; literally 12 steps from the front door and your toes can sink into the beach of Long Sands.
This two floor Victorian, which sleeps up to 12, is directly across from Long Sands Beach in York, Maine. The first floor has a fully stocked kitchen, a half bath, living room, a dining room that comfortably seats 8, office, and a front porch that looks out to beach or ocean during high tide. The couch in the office and the couch in the living room pull out into a bed. The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms and a full bath. Through the back door is a beautiful deck and spacious yard for activities and ample parking.
