Lookout Lodge - Hilltop Hot Tub Cabin with Panoramic Views

Perched atop Jack Mountain just outside Hot Springs, AR, off scenic Highway 7, this property sits on 17 wooded acres offering plenty of room to relax and explore the outdoors. Please note: 4X4 or AWD is required to access this cabin. While two other rental cabins share the mountain, the setting remains private and peaceful, with amazing views in every direction.

You’ll be under 10 minutes from local restaurants, grocery stores, Lake Hamilton, and more — close enough for convenience, far enough for true seclusion.

The driveway to the cabin is an unpaved gravel road that climbs 200ft in elevation from the highway to the cabin; 4WD or AWD is REQUIRED to access the cabin.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Only place bagged trash in the outside receptacle. Our cleaning staff will take the trash bags upon checkout.
Do not wash linens; place used towels on the bathroom floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

You def need an AWD - know before you go. The only thing is there is not really any place for your clothes except in the bags you brought them in. No dresser, no shelves, no closet. But we loved it anyway.
