**Optional Cancellation Protection**- Allows cancellation for ANY reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies paid returned ($50 fee applies at booking).

Located in the heart of it all, Tequila Mockingbird is a 1-bedroom condo right above Seaside's iconic Modica Market overlooking the town and the beautiful emerald coast!

Tequila Mockingbird is a 2-story condo with an oversized king master bedroom with private bath and flat screen TV on the main level with WIFI internet access. The master bath offers a gorgeous, oversized shower.

Up a spiral staircase the condo offers open living and dining spaces, new, soft and neutral decor and gorgeous private balcony views. The designer kitchen has stainless appliances, a sub zero fridge, bar seating for two and a dining table that seats two more. The living room has a sleeper sofa, additional seating and flat screen TV as well. A private balcony completes the upper level and offers the best views in the condo. Kick back and enjoy the sunset over the gulf from the comfort of Tequila Mockingbird!

My wife and I found Tequila Mockingbird to be an excellent place to stay at Seaside. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Nice view of the Gulf. The sunsets were gorgeous. Highly recommend it!

Best Location, Great Apartment

I’ve been coming to Seaside for over 20 years and this is hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed. The location is amazing, but as a HUGE fan of To Kill a Mockingbird, this home just made my long weekend even more special. Pictures and description are accurate and our hosts communicated very efficiently. Loved every minute.

There is absolutely no parking for this unit, so I. Would not stay again. Very difficult to find any parking in Seaside. Also air conditioning is not reliable.

VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION

The place was nice and convenient. there is a spiral staircase to the kitchen....It was very inconvenient. the stairs were narrow and were hard to use. I really struggled. I could not either TV to work. the buttons on the remotes were very hard to read.

In the middle of the Seaside action

This location is definitely in the middle of all the action! This was a plus and a minus for us. We loved the view and convenience, but did not love the crowds of teens in the evenings/night right outside and the very early morning maintenance - like power washing the streets at 6 AM. The beach is gorgeous and large. We also stayed in the Seacrest Beach/Rosemary Beach area and much preferred the Seaside/Watercolor/Grayton Beach area for the size of the beaches and variety of food options. We were a little disappointed with the pool options - we didn't end up using our access and wished we would have opted out and saved that $.

Location great, parking and cockroaches were a problem though. .

Great location, food was good, but very expensive, $45 for two, all meals. Waking distance to beach and most Truman Show filming locations. Definitely will be back. Water was very clear down to twenty feet. Cons- Food and souvenirs very expensive, bed in condo was very uncomfortable. As a condo/rental, a nice bed should be bought in so guest’s can sleep comfortably. We did have one large cockroach in the entry way. At night though, especially around the restaurants next to the beach and the Coleman tower, they are infested with cockroaches., dozens, if not more. I’m surprised they don’t spray and/or the health department hasn’t said anything. Didn’t see any during the day, only at night.

Perfect Location

Just finished staying here for a week - it would be hard to find a better location if you like overlooking the Seaside Town Square. Literally walk down the stairs (or elevator) and you have Modica on your right or Seaside Style on your left. You can sit on the private porch and people watch while drinking morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The unit was as expected - and very clean upon arrival. IF I had to make any recommendations - it’s probably about time to start updating the unit…it does have its charm, and is very “themed”….but a little updating would go a long ways with many of these units. Overall - I highly recommend staying here!

We have stayed in multiple units in this building over the past 3 years and the second stay in 12 months in this unit. Location is awesome and overall the unit is fine. Disappointed that a shower diverter which was broken during our first stay is still not repaired. Bedroom wardrobe had a door in need of repair and there was a strong odor in the fridge. Overall nothing that impacted the trip but certainly not what we expect for the cost. Thanks

BEST LOCATION POSSIBLE!

Couldn't have been in a better location. Great view from the little balcony, and walking distance to everything we wanted. King bed downstairs was great, plus the murphy twin downstairs with a full bathroom. The upstairs sofa bed was tricky since the staircase was SO steep and narrow, and since the second toilet was also downstairs, but it worked well for our group of 4 girls in town for a wedding. The staff was great and brought us extra blankets, towels, and hangers upon request. Definitely recommend this condo!

Convenient Clean Cozy

We had a great stay here with our one year old and toddler. It has two floors which was great in that we could hang out upstairs while the kids slept. The location is perfect, you’re in the heart of seaside and have views of the ocean. Highly recommended.
