Had a good stay with grandson, came down for a few days of Red Snapper fishing and the place had a great location. The pools and beach were better than we expected and grandsonloved the balcony view, and short walking distance to resteraunts. The Phoenix property was clean and ample grills to cook on.

Our fourth visit to this condominium and another wonderful stay! Very well appointed, great view, hosts always timely with the few questions we had. The property is the best maintained of any we have visited. The people who work there are so friendly and helpful. I saw an employee sweeping the stairwell (the alternate to the elevator)! I use the stairwell instead of the elevator whenever I can. It is always so clean and now I know why!!! We will be back for sure!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and had an amazing view! If there's 1 thing I would do different is put blackout curtains in the bedroom the light from outside was very bright! All in all I give this place a 5
