We enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff. The location of the property is very close to downtown restaurants and shopping. All within walking distance. The owners communicated well and were accommodating.
This is our second time staying here! We love this property! Very well equipped kitchen and kids games! It has everything you need! Great location, with walking distance to downtown! We will be back!
This house was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect and it was well stocked. The host was friendly and responsive. We will stay here again if possible!
Fabulous location to downtown area. Great open areas and sleeping spaces. Upstairs tub/shower water control valves need some serious adjustment. Family loved the experience!
The property met all expectations based on description and photos with perfect location in Flagstaff. Would certainly stay again with the space perfect for family with the four bedrooms and patio space out front and back. No issues during our stay and excellent communication with Patricia when we arrived and settled in.

Mark, Thank you for choosing our home and we look forward to welcoming you and your family back! My best. Pat
The house was very clean and incredibly well furnished. The owner clearly takes pride in providing plenty of towels, lovely bath accessories and a wide range of kitchen supplies. Located within an easy walking distance to downtown, we loved coming and going to all the events in historic Flagstaff without having to drive. We had a truly wonderful stay - I would highly recommend this property.

Patricia’s home is fantastic! All the amenities & furniture were top quality. The beds were comfortable and she was so accommodating decorating for the holiday for us and providing a pack and play and high chair. I would recommend her home to everyone and we were very comfortable in the 4 bedrooms.

Thank you Erica for choosing our home for your holiday stay. Please come back. Pat
Two of my children’s families and I stayed in Flagstaff for a birthday bash. The photo of the property looked pleasant, but the gardens and artwork were better than that. The ironwork was well executed, especially a garden gate. The house had all the amenities and comfort you could want. We could walk to the historic downtown where there were restaurants, shops, historic sites.
Comfortable, spacious and well-equipped house in a fantastic location. Yes, there's a bit of traffic noise from San Francisco, but only the upstairs bedroom actually fronts on that street. The host, Pat, is responsive and friendly. We'd absolutely stay here again!
Pat's home in downtown Flagstaff was a perfect spot for our extended family of 6. The house is well maintained and the owners provided all of the conveniences of being in our own home. The multiple outdoor courtyards were a perfect spot to relax. The gas firepit is a huge bonus and we enjoyed some meals out there. The linens and bedding are top notch. And the location is a short 10 minute walk to the core of downtown Flagstaff. We would stay here again.

Absolutely top tier hosts and a fabulous house. Kids, parents and grandparents all agree it was one of our best rentals ever. Access to downtown and access to outdoors!
We had EVERYTHING we needed here and more. The outdoor areas are both pretty and practical. We made a lot of meals and really appreciate the well-equipped kitchen.

Thank you so much for the Stellar review! I will follow up with you when we return regarding the glass work and iron work.
Best house we’ve ever rented. Fluffy white towels and cotton linens. Several bedroom zones offer privacy in this spacious home. The two outdoor gardens are so pretty and comfortable. Easy walk to downtown and many restaurant options. Sunday Farmers Market is awesome! Pat provided everything we needed and more
Beautiful, unique property with everything you could want, including fabulous location. Definitely take the time to explore the property and appreciate the details. Host was the best we've ever had. We walked to downtown shopping/live music a couple times and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Nice, safe, charming neighborhood. House was immaculate with gorgeous landscaping and neighbors were super friendly too.
This house was nicer than I expected from the listing and truly great in space, convenience,, cleanliness, bed comfort, condition of furniture and ease of checkin and checkout. The outdoor areas are lovely. We used the firepit and bbq. Both were easy. All 4 of us had our own bedroom and cooked in the spacious kitchen.

Thank you Jenner for the nice and specific review. It means a lot to me!
This is our second stay at Pat’s. We love this house.
- superb location, a few blocks from downtown.
- cozy rooms, deluxe bedding.
- great kitchen for cooking
- beautiful patios for coffee and reading
The only thing to mention is it can be noisy (traffic) because it’s on a Main Street. But that doesn’t matter to us. Everything else is divine.
We will stay here every time we visit if it’s available. Pat is a very responsive hostess!
I spent 2 weeks at this property with my son, daughter-in-law, and 7 yr old grandson. The location was perfect to enjoy the 4th of July Parade and other local activities. We visited Bear A Zona, Williams, Walnut Canyon, Lowell Observatory, Snowbowl and the Barefoot Trail. Nearby Thorpe park has a great playground for kids. There are a lot of great restaurants close by. The house is well stocked with lots of linens, laundry and cleaning supplies- perfect for our extended stay. We took advantage of the outdoor gas grill and fire pit (perfect for S'mores). The July temps were warm but the house has ceiling and floor fans. Upstairs has an AC unit. Flagstaff is much cooler than Phoenix (our home) and was a great summer getaway! Highly recommend this property.

Thank you for staying at our home! You were the best guest and I hope you return!
Perfect location just a short walk from historic Rte 66 shops and restaurants! And, despite being on a main street, the noise was quite minimal.
The house is really unique and a bit quirky but so comfortable and inviting. We appreciated the large dining table and spacious living area with plenty of seating, perfect for our large family! We were all able to be in the same room without feeling crowded at all.
I especially loved sitting by the fireplace, with a glass of wine, watching the snow fall thru the huge picture window. So relaxing! Pat also has an art cabinet which is a super cool touch!
We were fortunate to spend time outside around the fire pit our 1st day as it snowed a ton the next 2. The consensus from our party of 8 was all positive! We hope to return later this year when it's warmer to enjoy the house and more of the yard!
The location was PERFECT. All rooms and mattresses cozy. Every detail was taken care of. Sleeping with windows open, fresh air, the smell of rain- magical. The fire pit in the evening wrapped in a blanket- relaxing.
It sits on a busy road, but you hardly notice. The gardens are beautiful. The kitchen perfectly equipped. Divine fluffy towels in the bathrooms. Perfect location to walk downtown. Or take a loop up towards hospital. We saw a sweet little deer along the trail. I hate to give a glowing review because everyone will know the secret of this wonderful home. Cannot wait to go back.
