Located in the historic Palazzo Spinelli in Borgo Santa Croce.
Composed of living room with kitchenette, small entrance, corridor, two bedrooms one with a double bed, the other with a single bed with the possibility of the second bed. Two bathrooms with shower, one which also serves the living area, the other pertaining to the master bedroom. Second floor served by a lift.
Central heating and air conditioning.
The apartment is located 50 meters from the homonymous Piazza Santa Croce and a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria. The historic center can be easily visited on foot, everything is just a few minutes' walk away.

Great little place in Florence close to everything you would want to see in Florence, Italy. Everything is in walking distance from the apartment and the view on the way is absolutely beautiful.

Lovely apartment close to city center

What a lovely apartment and the host couple was very gracious! Was nice to be so close to everything that we could easily come Back to the apartment for a short break before heading out again. Definitely recommend!

Simply the best apartment in Florence!

We had the best stay in Florence. The apartment is lovely, just as described. The Santa Croce neighborhood is the prime location for all the top spots in Florence. Andrea and Rosanna were exceptionally communicative, and we were lucky to have Rosanna cook for us and take us on a culinary tour of Italy. The apartment is fully equipped with anything you might need and is in a historical building that adds to its charm. We will absolutely return as soon as we can. Grazie!

Better than expected!!!

Rossana was FABULOUS!! The apartment was so beautiful and clean! The owners were kind enough to leave delicious wine and snacks for us. To top it off, when my husband left his phone in the cab, Rossanna went above and beyond to call the taxi company on our behalf and made arrangements for the cab driver to drive it directly to the apartment. Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay!!

Awesome Location

My mother and I enjoyed our stay in the heart of downtown Florence. We had everything we needed including our stay. The larger room/bed was spacious, but my mother commented that the second room’s bed was a bit uncomfortable. Our host was fabulous and we enjoyed our gifts she gave us very much! One commenter mentioned the loud cafe down the street and I also found this to be true, however, I was armed with ear plugs and didn’t have any problems. You can’t beat the location and the mini elevator was a bonus!

Great location

I was looking for a two-bedroom apartment for myself, my daughter and my grandson - all adults. The apt. was beautiful, very comfortable and with very nice bathrooms. I gave it 4 stars for neighborhood/overall because there was a lot of loud talking and boisterous noise until 2:30am. Previous reviews noted that the area was quiet, at night, so this may have just been 2 off nights at the same bar. The location is well situated with many restaurants nearby and we were able to walk to many sites. There is a square very near the apt. that is where we met our driver, as alley is narrow. The elevator was a plus so we did not have to drag luggage upstairs.

Feel at home in Florence

A charming, updated flat that makes you feel like you’re living in Florence. Updated kitchen, bathrooms and yet it has a cozy, charming warmth to it. You can’t be in a more convenient spot, one street but yet steps away from the Piazza Santa Croce which quiets down at night. We loved Santa Croce, great resturuants and site seeing but close to the other neighborhoods and Piazza’s. You also avoid the tourist crowds as in some area’s. Our host, Andrea was incredibly helpful before arriving, I felt I could email her with all my questions and I always received helpful, detailed notes back. Thank you for making our trip a memory to always remember. We had a fabulous time!

Elegant and spacious apartment In Florence

I had a wonderful time in Florence and the Santa Croce apartment was the highlight of the stay. A magnificent building in the center of the city, the apartment was tastefully decorated and comfortably renovated. The two bedrooms were spacious and full of light each with a bathroom that were clean and modern. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone who seeks comfort and proximity to the city center. Would love to come back for a longer holiday!
