Great place, great view

Great place. Awesome view. Dream island. The house is nice and cozy. It could use some work on the furniture and the fridge door is hard to close. Word of advice, don’t go on the dock of the neighbor. This house does not have a dock.

Beautiful Spot--cleanliness issues

We loved the view and the layout was as advertised. Unfortunately we were looking forward to kayaking, but we were told when we got there that we couldn't use it. Then, there were lots of sugar ants all around the kitchen. But, the water and the view are outstanding!

Very quaint and quiet location. Would rent again

This our second time to Boothbay Harbor. This time we came with our son, daughter in law and granddaughter who is 2. We had plenty of space and room. The owner was great to work with. In fact, the listing advertised a kayak and when we arrived we were told it was not working. The owner rented a kayak for the duration of our stay to make up for this. We greatly appreciated the rental as the kayak was one of the elements that helped us select this cottage. The location is ideal for sightseeing or just staying in and watching the tide come in and out. We would stay here again and highly recommend the cottage. Thank you for your hospitality.

Picturesque, romantic getaway

My wife and I just spent a lovely 2-night stay in this cozy little cottage and have nothing but nice things to say about it. The location was wonderful, the views were as good as we had hoped for, and the house had everything we needed and was super comfortable. We enjoyed going out in the kayak (a prior renter had told the owner that it had a leak, but there wasn't anything wrong with it that we could find) and just sitting and watching the tide come in and out of the cove from the comfort of the sitting room. Thanks, Frosty, for setting us up so well! We'll be back if we come back this way again.

Comfortable, Close and Great View

Our stay was excellent. The location is close to Boothbay and yet private with a relaxing vibe. We had 5 Adults and a 6 year old who all enjoyed the great view and comfortable accommodations. The home was outfitted well with all the necessities. Having 1 bathroom is a bit of a challenge at times but not a limiting factor for u our group. Definately would stay there again. Loved it!
