Spacious & stylish interior
Step inside to driftwood-hued floors, coastal artwork, and floor-to-ceiling sliders that pull the ocean right into the living room. The king suite features hotel-quality linens and blackout drapes for lazy-morning sleep-ins. A spa-inspired bath boasts a rainfall walk-in shower and plush Turkish towels.
Cook, sip, and savor
Whether you’re searing fresh mahi-mahi from the local fish market or blending island-ripe mangoes, the chef’s kitchen has you covered with full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchen gadgets.
Balcony bliss
Start the day with coffee as pelicans glide past; end it with a front-row sunset and a glass of rum punch. The balcony’s provides comfortable seating and stunning views.
Steps to everything
Beach: toes-in-the-sand in under a minute
Dining: award-winning restaurants & beach bars within a 5- to 10-minute drive
Groceries & shops: 7-minute drive (we can arrange pre-arrival stocking)
Airport (PLS): 15 minutes door to door

Housekeeping is provided every other day, to keep the unit clean and fresh while providing you additional privacy on the off days.
Of note, the Andaz Hotel construction project in the neighboring property is scheduled for completion by June 2026. So there is occasional construction noise.
Of note, this is a 3rd floor condo and we do not have elevators. If stairs are a problem, this unit may not be best suited for those with mobility problems.

Why they chose this property
The simple answer is the incredible views of the ocean from the balcony. But it is more than that, the property isn't a mega-resort with 1,000 rooms, we are a boutique hotel. When you stay with us, the staff feel like your friends when they help make a reservation for you or setup your beach chairs and umbrella in the morning.
What makes this property unique
The proximity to the beach is priceless. We have the primary snorkeling reef directly in front of our hotel.
