Great Cape Coral location

Beautiful and comfortable home located near Yatch Club Beach and a short drive to Ft Myers Beach. Local restaurants were very good, quiet neighborhood, we spent nice evenings in the gazebo on the boat dock, pool and spa tub. The MHB management team was always responsive and the app was easy to use .

Philip was my host and was fantastic. We were in a terrible situation with another rental and our privacy was invaded so we left. Philip helped us get into this home ASAP. He worked with VRBO and had my family in this beautiful home in 1 hr. This home did not disappoint us. It was beautifully decorated, plenty of space. The dock had stunning views. Everything worked and the pictures don't do it justice. We stay in Cape Coral every year and it was a pleasure to meet Philip, and I would Definity rent from him again. Only thing I would recommend for this house is some kind of entertainment ex: kayaks, cornhole, spikeball, ladder toss. We also willing rented this house knowing there was none.

The place was just as advertised. It’s a beautiful property and it’s very well maintained. The property manager was very quick to respond to any of our questions. We loved having our meals in front of the pool which overlooked the canal. So lovely. Our 2 week stay was amazing. We loved the neighborhood, it was so quiet.

Best vacation ever

Communication leading to our stay was very good. The house met our needs, us, our children and grandchildren. Really liked the layout. Pool and hot tub were used constantly, no issues. First time having a checkout walkthrough. Nice peace of mind. Everyone tied to the property was extremely nice. Lots of fantastic restaurants.

The house was beautiful and at a great location. The town is so chill and pretty. There was a beach about 10 minutes away and loads of restaurants. Sanibel Island was about a 30 minute drive which was also beautiful. The home was equipped with everything we needed. My dad loved to fish off the private dock. My 13 and 10 year old nieces loved the pool. My brother loved the office area so he could play his pc games. There were even people that came out to check on the pool.

This home was the best part of the vacation. Self check-in was smooth.. House very clean. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful - very relaxing and private due to the house structure on one side & shrubbery/landscaping on the other side. Tiki hut good for fishing and hanging out. The house is quite large with master bedroom and ensuite bathroom on one side and remaining bedrooms and baths on other side-good for large families or multiple couples. Nice garage parking. No maintenance issues.There is an electronic message board on wall to communicate any needs or problems. Close to grocery store and restaurants.Great vacation home!

Great waterfront home located in beautiful neighborhood with quick access to restaurants, shopping, & points of interest. Three sliding doors in living room offered direct access to wonderful heated pool/spa, outdoor dining area with large gas grill; ate most meals outside. Very well stocked with linens, towels, & kitchen essentials. Loved having master suite on opposite side of house from other 3 bedrooms, privacy for 2 families. Fished from spacious dock daily, appreciated shade & seating provided by tiki hut, also perfect area for viewing spectacular sunsets. Nice laundry room with free use of high quality washer & dryer. Virtual Concierge wall tablet very efficient for contacting host, appreciated essential info about area. We would definitely consider renting this home again on a future trip to Cape Coral.

Great house and Location, Could use some Maintenance

We loved staying at this house! The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The air unit was scheduled to put the temperature back to 75 degrees every 3 hours, so that was annoying, since it wasn't crazy hot the majority of the stay, and our reduction on 72 to sleep and not sweat was within the guidelines of the property. The only real issues we had were maintenance related. The garage door broke, a light bulb went out, and the remote to the living room TV was broken, and had no batteries. The garbage disposal was also broken, but we fixed it, and we bought batteries and a remote. i didn't enjoy trying to explain the remote for 2 days to the property manager. Vacation is for relaxation.

Weekend at Blue Water

The property was clean and very nice. But I do not like the a/c instructions. 72 degrees is not acceptable for sleeping at our house. Electricity should be included in the price. The only disappointment was the garden tub not functioning properly. This was the reason we chose this property.

Hello Loren, I am sorry that you had 2 things you which didn't meet your expectation. The A/C always should be only set 20 degree lower then outside temperature as otherwise it freeze which would be a expensive require as freon gas. In regards to the garden tub it is hardly used by any of our guests and you should inform us right away when the problem occurred so we would be able to take care of this problem.
