A perfect spot for Thanksgiving weekend exploring. Cute space, lots of charm and ideal location for getting around Fremont and Ballard. Host communication was excellent, check in/out really easy and everything worked as expected. Would stay again!

The location was great - always easily found parking - usually in front of the house. Bus stop two blocks away made going downtown easy. The rose garden and zoo were only about 4 blocks away. Many nice details in the apartment - felt homey.

Beautiful and charming 1920’s apartment

This was an absolutely charming place! The owners have really invested in this 100 year old property. They added modern amenities while keeping to the uniqueness of the building.

It is a beautiful mansion in Fremont, conveniently located to waterfronts and Seattle center. The rooms, kitchen and bathroom have charming antique feels. It would be nice if the owner upgrades the tv and mattresses, which are old and uncomfortable. We tried contacting the host with questions, but received no reply.

The house was nice and amenities were sufficient. Great location. However, the "important details" section of the ad failed to mention there is no air conditioning. We understand it is an older home, but this was definitely a surprise upon arrival as the house was very hot. A warning would have been appreciated. Recommend getting new bed pillows as they are old and uncomfortable. Photos need updated - the murphy bed sits in the middle of the living room rather than the corner.

We purchased this 6 bedroom 1925 stately home to owner occupy the north half and renovate the south half for guests after 93 years of rental use. Our goal has been to restore its original grandness. We set about our creation of 3 three suites with the popular wall bed studio was first. Then we turned to the upper bay window suite and most recently completed the main floor Bay Window suite

What makes this property unique

Great close in to town location. Nice neighborhood Market with good deli 3 blocks, Mexican across the street, Greenlake's three mile run/walk around it.
