La Selva Beach Townhome with Direct Beach & Ocean Access
Your backyard is the semiprivate beach and ocean when you’re vacationing at our 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome that sleeps 8. Relax and enjoy the ocean and breathtaking views and beautiful sunset. The road leading to our home is private and our home is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood.
We are excited to share with you our home which has been featured on the television show Staycation which films unique vacation rentals all around the world. Staycation broadcasts on the Destination Channel which includes NBC & CBS and has earned 7 emmy awards. Our home named Seaclusion has been selected based on it's unique features making it an excellent destination for families looking for a one of a kind home experience to create special lifelong memories.
All three stories of the house overlook the ocean. The top floor has the main bedroom with a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. There is a washer and dryer available for our guests to use.
The middle floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a 42 inch flat screen TV with cable & WiFi and a gas fireplace. The dining area is near the kitchen where you can share meals & visit with each other. The outdoor deck has a gas BBQ and seating. There is also a third bedroom with a double bed & an adjacent bathroom with a shower on this level.
On the lower floor there is a large family room with 3 sofas, a flat screen TV and wall to wall sliding glass doors that provide easy access to the beach. It’s a quiet place to read, relax or watch TV.
There are often sightings of dolphins, whales, seals, pelicans diving for fish & migrating birds. You can enjoy collecting seashells on one of Santa Cruz County’s longest semiprivate beaches and take walks on the sand while enjoying the ocean. Some guests enjoy building a fire & roasting marshmallows on the beach while listening to the waves pound against the shore.
It’s a very special beach home with a real home feeling & original artwork created by the owner. We hope you come & enjoy this magical place with your family and friends!

I'm a metal sculptor who started my new career late in life at age 58. I've been working as a welder of recycled metal for over 25 years with no plans to stop any time soon. I have used my creativity to make our beach house a unique vacation home.

It's a rare and beautiful place where you can immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. You have a rare and spectacular panoramic ocean view where the sky and ocean join in a magnificent expanse of blue that goes as far as the eye can see.
The house has been recently renovated, and contains unique, original art that has been created by the owner.
I'm a lover of the wondrous ocean. Every time I'm at our beautiful home and go out on the deck to see the spectacular view of the water, I'm always amazed.
The sunsets are breathtakingly beautiful. Many people use this time of day to build a bon- fire which are legal at our semi private beach, have an outdoor picnic and roast marshmallows..
