Cozy Beach House on Yacht Club- Pool Heated w/fee, walkable to the beach


Dragonfly Inn is located on Dolphin Drive in the historical section of Cape Coral. It is within walking distance of the yacht club beach, Pier, and Boathouse Restaurant.
The neighborhood is a Fishing and boating community.

This Family home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The house has an open-space living room, dining room, and full kitchen. There are TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and one guest bedroom. Wi-Fi and a garage are available for our guests.
This quaint beach home has an outdoor grill for those who like to cook outside, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The large swimming pool is heated in winter (a fee applies). There is also an outdoor patio with a table and lounge chairs to relax during your vacation and a spacious backyard with a BBQ grill. This home away from home will be your yearly vacation spot.

The Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach is also great for watching the sunset. The first Wednesday of every month, from 4 to 7 p.m., the city hosts a “Sunset Celebration on the Pier” featuring live music and arts and craft vendors.

Due to local law requirements, guests must be at least 23 years of age to book. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under 23 for the duration of the reservation.

We do not accept reservations for Adults on behalf of their children.

Lovely location

We enjoyed our stay at Yacht Club. The house was perfect for our needs. We love how the Living Room, Dining Room area completely opens up to the lovely pool. The neighborhood is great for enjoying sunrises and sunsets over the water. This was our second visit there, would definitely recommend it.

Great location

We loved staying at this home. It is well laid out and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Close to the Cape Coral farmers market- we biked there every Saturday. Absolutely loved the pool, and the neighborhood is great.

Amazing vacation!

We loved our stay! Super close to the beach and Yacht Club. We rented bikes and explored all of the area. Amazing sunsets from the beach or even down the street from one of the open lots. So much to see and do and very central to everything. Most items that we needed for the kitchen were there. Loved the heated pool!! Thank you for a wonderful home to make our vacation comfortable and memorable.

Nice clean little house

The house is very well kept and very clean. Its location next to the yacht club beach is great. The pool is nice, but the heater wasn't working most of our visit due to a recent hurricane. Our Missouri kids played in it anyway! Just FYI the home is one of the original homes and was built in the 60's.

Pool was great. Kitchen is well stocked. There were starters of TP, paper towels, dishwashing and dishwasher detergent, etc which was unexpected but appreciated. We had a nice and relaxing time.

Property was nice. There were a few concerns. Tv’s in bedrooms were erratic, randomly changing channels or turning off. Patio doors need to be lubricated, hard to open and close. Patio lighting outlet does not function propeoperly.a real challenge to get the lights to come on.

Great location. Short walk to the beach. House clean but very dated.

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood with short walk to beach and Yacht Club. The pool was clean and heated. However the area around the pool was dirty. Chairs on the patio area were not comfortable to sit in. The bed in the master bedroom is tall, 34 inches off the floor. Worked for 6’3 husband but had to buy a step so 5’2 wife could get in bed. If you have phones and electronics to plug in bring a power strip!! Garage is not available for your use. Homeowners car was in there, we were worried about scratching car when we did laundry. First time in our many stays at a VRBO that we were told to wash all bed linens before we leave. Understand stripping beds but washing was a time crunch when you need to be out by 11. So if you have an early flight be forewarned.

Lots of safety hazards around the pool area. The safety rail had a poor patch job done with what looked like plaster. It was useless and could have caused an accident with our elderly parents. The Lani was gone, probably from a past storm. The roof over the pool leaked rain water like a waterfall, instead of through the gutters. We were expected to wash towels before we left but there was no laundry soap for us to use. Barely any hand soap in the bathrooms for our stay.
