Triangle House at Paraparaumu Beach

Lovely 1960s A-frame bach only 2min walk to Paraparaumu Beach.
Fabulous for a couple getaway but plenty of space for a family beach holiday.

Two bedrooms, one master with a queen sized bed, one smaller with flexible arrangement of king single bed with a trundle that lifts to the same height (plus sofa double bed in lounge), two bathrooms, and kitchen, lots of space. Porta cot available if needed.

Charming wee private cottage garden with lots of colour and plenty of butterfly and bird visitors!

Super easy three minute walk (at a beach dawdle!) to safe swimming beach via North Beach walkway.

Five minute walk to excellent parks/playgrounds, tennis courts, bmx club and local shops including a cafe, fish and chip shop and an excellent Four Square for a easy dash to grab provisions! Beach shops with some great new eateries and relaxed beach vibe are a 5 min drive or 30min beach walk.
Five minute walk to Waikanae Estuary Reserve.

Handy bus stop at end of street with transport to train station and Coastlands etc. Trains run regularly to Wellington and is approx 45min duration.

Triangle Cottage is within a short drive of all the Paraparaumu attractions including Coastlands shopping mall, cinemas and Aquatic Centre. Also short drive to Queen Elizabeth Park, Te Horo Lavender Farm and Ruth Pretty Cafe, Southward's Car Museum and Waikanae (including Nga Manu Bird Reserve). For those interested in hiking, the Escarpement Track (for amazing views!) is in the area too.

Relax and unwind in this quiet part of Paraparaumu.

Hi! We are Grant and Olivia and our 3 #trianglehouse kids. We love this wee spot in paradise. We have been beach lovers since forever and grew up summering on the golden sands of the Bay of Plenty. We wanted to give our family magical beach memories just like we were fortunate enough to experience as children. When we settled into the Triangle House, we just knew others had to experience the magic of this
house and garden too and are delighted to share our little slice of paradise with you.

Why they chose this property

"Its so cute!" Is the comment we hear from nearly everyone who walks into the Triangle House! There is something so comforting about the A-frame walls. It has such a special feel. It's a happy house! But don't just take our word for it, come and see for yourself!

What makes this property unique

This house is so private. The garden is so gorgeous with plenty of bird life stopping by! It really is a hop and a skip to the beach, and if you need coffee, or snacks, the wee Kena Kena shops are just around the corner in the other direction.
