2 Bedroom Side Ocean View - Updated, Professionally Cleaned, And Spacious

This is a beautiful condo with lots of space. The condo is professionally cleaned, well-maintained, and features plenty of amenities. The balcony provides a side-view of the Atlantic Ocean (shown in pictures).

This newly updated two bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The condo sleeps up to six people. Washer/dryer is conveniently located inside the unit. There is a TV in each bedroom and the living room. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room. For families with infants and toddlers, cribs and high chairs can be provided complimentary, upon request.

The beach towel machine is located in the lobby and is accessible with your unique key wristband which is provided during check-in. Beach towels are available 24/7 at no additional charge.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly on the beach by a private vendor (hours of operation may vary). Vendor does take reservations in advance and fills up fast. Information can be provided for booking in advance, please inquire.

Please Note:
2023-2024 Master Bathroom renovations - Master Bathroom tub and shower renovations from Dec. 30, 2023 to May 11, 2024 (subject to change). Please anticipate some noise during the hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The property assigns unit numbers at check-in (for all guests). All of the two bedrooms for rent are exactly as shown online with the same bedding, furniture, décor, layout, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Floors 3 through 8 have an excellent view. Floor requests are assigned during pre-registration. Property allows (in person) pre-registration no earlier than 10am, on the day of arrival.

1 Time at Cocoa beach

This was our first time is it in Cocoa Beach. Everything at the resort was great! Having such a wonderful pool and being so close to the beach was AWESOME! The condo was clean and well stocked. Resort staff were very friendly and you can tell they like where they work. Would highly recommend!
