Had a great family vacation at this property. Very clean and spacious. Amazing views from the deck. Close to Bend but you still felt like you were staying in a resort.

Excellent location and the views from (both) decks cannot be beat. We really enjoyed staying on the river, with the short hike down to the river trails and nearby park. Would book again.

Fun stop over in bend

Beautiful setting with the river just outside the balcony. Loved the hot tub on the deck to enjoy an evening outside. Wished we could have had more time here.

Great time with family

Great property in perfect location. Was traveling with family and grandparents. Unit had a joining room which was excellent. Would go back in a second.

Gorgeous location

The condo was perfect for our adult family when we attended my niece’s wedding. The set up and location were ideal. It was well appointed with everything we needed. Unfortunately the property wasn’t that clean which was disappointing especially given how expensive it was. As well, the outdoor stairs were rotting which was a safety hazzaed.

All good… coffee maker not very good so I would upgrade that and pillow mattresses. Otherwise I would give that a 5….. Meredith lodging should leave more laundry and dishwasher pods…. Went ypurent a full space you should not have to buy those….i couldn’t start towels when I left as I had no laundry detergent left!…

Easy communication with the property manager to begin. The unit is mildly difficult to find because of the directions I got from Apple Maps but some common sense will help with that. The unit was very clean and in good condition. The interior isn't modern but it is accurately portrayed in the listing photos. The view from two of the bedrooms, the family room and deck is amazing - overlooking the Deschutes river. Because of how close you are to the river, it is fairly loud but I consider it a calming white noise. You're about 5-10 minutes from most things you want to access in downtown Bend, which is convenient. Happy with our stay and would come back here again.

Great Expectations, Greater Disappointment

Too much to say, please see the photos. Meredith Lodging did finally respond to my email 14 days after I sent the review they asked for about my stay. They offered me a 50 credit for my next stay (that won’t be happening) and a 9% refund of the total cost of my stay. That’s what I and my family are worth to them as guests. Unfortunate.

Beautiful spot!

Wonderful spot to spend Christmas w our adult kids & grands. Perfectly furnished. My only pet peeve is when these expensive rentals skimp on basics….like running out of soap on a 3 night stay! Really?? It’s just annoying!
