Only a few miles from Bethany Beach this beautifully decorated third floor end unit offers 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths and is nestled within unspoiled land and gently lapping inland waterways ---just the perfect place to relax, refresh and re-energize! Some amenities include central air conditioning; full kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 5 Flat Screen TVs (3 are Smart TVs), DVD, Wi-Fi, screened porch and deck. Enjoy all new flooring for 2025, with luxury vinyl plank (LVP) on the first floor and brand-new carpet on the second floor.

The community includes beautiful 9-hole par 3 golf course, pool and pool-side spa, tennis court and kiddie pool! Pet Friendly small well behaved housebroken dog 45lbs or less with $200 pet fee (limit 1). Dogs MUST be leash-walked - No potty pads

Short stay

Cute property- smaller than pictured but it worked for all of us. The spiral staircase was a bit steep- good thing no adults had to sleep upstairs- pool and golf nice.

Grammy's Dream Vacation

Best time ever. I was hoping to give my two young granddaughters a beach vacation they could remember spending with family. Everything was so inviting, from the cozy breakfast nook, to the kids rooms with the connecting "bridge", all beautiful and well kept. Plenty of space and walking distance to the pool. Will definitely recommend.

Amazing property

The condo was very clean, spacious, beautiful view, perfect location, very happy with everything supplied & will definitely be staying there again! Plan to book again next year but may be booking a bigger place at the same property so we can bring more family members since we liked it so much! Everyone at Long & Foster were so friendly & welcoming! Will definitely book through them in the future! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Condo was fine roomy enough for 8 people. Was furnished nicely. Kitchen was wel stocked. Carpet was dirty with big dirt spots. Table cloth on dinning table had a few dark red spots. One was big. It looked like blood?? Kitchen drawers and drawer liners were dirty with food crumbs and grease. Toaster oven and coffee maker were seriously filthy. No toilet paper or garbage bags. Bed linens and towels freshly laundered. Beds not made. Getting and returning pool passes was inconvenient. 15 min. away from unit. They should be in the unit on arrival. Despite the minor issues we had a nice time.

Beautiful location

The condo was huge and beautiful with nice views( sunsets). The neighborhood had a lot to do, pool, golfing, boat access, tennis, etc. We traveled with 4 teenagers so the room layout and living space was perfect and they could just hang out, hit pool, activities or beach. One downside: traffic on 26 to beach stinks ( obviously not reflective of owners at all!). Finally, unit was beautifully furnished, well equipped and very clean. Thank you.
