After a day of fun in the sun or sightseeing in our gorgeous town, spoil yourself with luxury on the most comfortable sectional you've ever curled up on and enjoy a great movie on the large 60 inch flat screen HDTV or take a nap in one of the two most delightful bedrooms with extremely comfortable king beds.

With a versatile and spacious floor plan you will be amazed at the size of the bedrooms and living space in this two bedroom two bathroom unit that is over 1500 square feet. Professionally interior designed with Santa Barbara local treasures found all over the interior and quality bedding and linens, this property gives you the "resort like feel" yet the comforts and amenities that only a home can provide. Guests can stretch out and unwind and have privacy all at the same time at this fabulous West Beach Villa!

Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j).
Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas.

* Strict no party, social gatherings policy - only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on premises.

* Good Neighbor Policy in effect - quiet times are between 10:00pm and 8:00am
