Newly updated 3 bedroom home in quiet cul-de-sac that can sleep up to 8 people. The home is in an ideal location on the central west side. Easy access to I-25 and downtown. 5-10 minute drive to historic Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Main attractions such as the entrance to Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, North Pole and the Air Force Academy are less than 20 minutes away. Great back patio with mountain views.
The home combines the feel of colorful Colorado with a modern and artistic feel throughout. Each of our bedrooms have been designed carefully in order to enhance comfort and style so that each of our guests can enjoy a peaceful and restful night of sleep. Enjoy our fenced backyard and patio with mountain views.

Comfortable and good location

We are very happy with the property. The beds and bed sheet is so soft and comfortable. The property located not far from tourist destination. When we visit Colorado Spring, we will definitely stay here again. There is enough room for everyone (kids and dogs too).

Quick trip to the best mountains in COS

Phil was AMAZING with communication and any help we may have needed (which was none!). The house is great for families and small groups. Parking on the street is best and so easy! Great space in the backyard for a dog to run. We will return.

Landing spot for our move from Florida

We needed a spot to land while we waited to close on a home. The owner was very friendly and the home was perfect for my family. It is cozy, clean, and close to everything we needed. We stayed for 8 days and are happy with our choice.

Great for Family and Dog

Overall it was a great stay. Pictures were accurate and the house is well maintained. While it is located very close to many of Colorado Springs attractions, the neighbors homes are not as well maintained. Which is why it received a lower rating on location/neighborhood.

This property was great. Close to all the sights Colorado Springs has to offer. New build with spacious bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Backyard has great views of the mountain. My family had an amazing time at this property.

Lots of room for families

The home was clean, modern and had enough space and beds for 5 adults. Nice kitchen with all the things you need. Quiet, safe neighborhood near stores and Garden of the Gods. Booking and arrival went really smooth. Great experience.
