Welcome to our lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a game room and a great backyard surrounded by 1 acre of wooded land which makes it a perfect spot for a fun family vacation!

On the first floor we have 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a sun room. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds; the second bedroom has a queen bed. It also has an open-style living room and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has two skylights with a cathedral ceiling which makes it a light and airy space, ideal for relaxing. The living room also has a wood burning fireplace, ideal to getting cozy by in the evenings .

Adjacent to the living room is a very welcoming sun room. The sun room has large windows and a table and comfortable chairs that can seat six. It overlooks the woods and is a great place for morning coffee. The sun room has sky light and a door that opens to the lower deck. On the lower deck we have built in benches, a grill, a chaise lounge and table and chairs that seat up to 6 people.
On the lower level there is also a garage that has been turned into a game room. We have set it up with an air hockey table, a pool table, a ping pong table, chalk boards as well as a basket full of outdoor toys.
Upstairs we have an open loft that has a table for games, comfortable reading chairs and a closet full of board games and puzzles. From the loft, there is an entrance to the upper deck where you can find 2 built-in chaise lounges.
The backyard has stacked firewood, a hammock with pillows as well as a badminton/volley ball net. The basketball hoop is in the driveway. Other amenities that we have to offer include two TVs, DVDs, VCRs, and a film library. This property is located in a well-established community and privacy is guaranteed. Surrounded by one acre of woodland, this home is ideal for a family getaway!
Close by (.4 mile) is the Causeway Club golf course that is open to the public. The center of Southwest Harbor is just 1.8 miles away and can be reached in less then 4 minutes. The swimming beach at Echo Lake is just 2 miles away. The sand beach makes it ideal for children and adults. If you are interest in renting a canoe or a kayak, Long Pond will accommodate you and is just 6 miles from the house. Also nearby is a host of Acadia National Park’s hiking trails. The local supermarket is just a half a mile away – ideal if you need anything or for quick stops.
