This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront home in Pot-Nets Bayside offers the ideal mix of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

The open-concept living area seamlessly blends the fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living spaces—perfect for entertaining family and friends. Step outside and take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to Paradise Grill, the private beach, and fishing and crabbing piers. On-site amenities include pools, pickleball & tennis courts, a basketball court, a baseball field, and playgrounds for endless fun.

For those who love the water, boat slips are available for rent ($40/day or $200/week), and the location is great for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. A golf cart is included with your stay at no additional cost, making it easy to explore the community. Plus, linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

Looking for adventure? Play a round at Baywood Greens Golf Course (10 minutes away), shop at Tanger Outlets (20 minutes), or visit the charming downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).

Pet-Friendly Stay:
Bringing your furry friend (dogs only)? This home welcomes up to 2 dogs for an additional fee ($50 per pet per night / $225 per week). Please note your pet when booking. They'll love the dog park!

The rental was beautiful and had everything we could have wanted, including use of a golf cart. It truly was Paradise!!

The house is even nicer in person than in the pictures. Incredible location with the bay literally 10 feet from the front door. Honestly couldn't have ask for a better house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. Bonus was that linens and bath towels are supplied. The only negative thing we have to say about the rental was that for some reason there were only a few forks and it would have been nice to have a little more cookware. We loved the convenience of having a smaller beach within the community and the option of switching it up between beach and pool. For us this offered us a calmer atmosphere than the Jersey beaches yet if we wanted the rides and the shops Rehobeth, Dewey and Lewes was just a 30 minute drive. We are looking forward to staying again next year. The food at the Paradise Grill was good. The service there was hit or miss.

The house is gorgeous and was all new and clean. It is extremely spacious. And the views are amazing! You can see water from anywhere in the main living area. I can see why people want to move to this community. We ate at Paradise Grill and the Baywood Greens Restaurant. Both were excellent. We walked down the private beach and enjoyed sitting and looking out at the bay. Everyone we saw was very friendly. It was very hard to come home after our week in Pot Nets. We would highly recommend staying at this rental property! We will look forward to going back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in the best location possible in Pot Nets bayside. It is a super close walk to the Paradise grill, but also not too close. It was quiet at night inside the home when sleeping, but if you go out in the porch in the evenings you can still hear the bands playing at the Paradise grill. The rooms are very large and it’s a great setup for big family gatherings. The driveway was large enough to hold 4 cars, and there is overflow parking nearby (you get two tags for overflow parking). The 2 pools were very nice. The beach does not allow dogs. There is a dog park located near one of the pools that was quite nice. Things I was very happy to have and didn’t realize: the home had its own shed and you have access to a golf cart that can hold 4 people! This is so much fun and makes getting around the community so much easier! Just be aware that there isn’t a way to know how much battery life it has, so keep it charged up and don’t go out for too long. There is also a grill in the shed which was nice for cooking - the home has grill utensils also, and it comes with two propane tanks. The boat docks are right out front of the home. You can rent them for $40/day if you give advanced notice. Things to know before you go so you know what to bring: definitely bring bug spray for the porch! Lots of gnats and mosquitoes. You will be supplied linens, but you will need to put your own sheets on each bed when you arrive. The fans on the porch don’t work, if you have a small fan it may be nice to bring it along for the porch to blow the bugs away. You will be supplied toilet paper and some extra as well. They have cleaning supplies available in a cleaning closet including dish soap - so you don’t need to bring that. No beach towels, chairs, or beach toys provided. No toiletries provided.

I didn’t have the room to put everyone up for the week so I rented Ocean Mist . So, having already lived here for 16 years I’m well aware of the amenities offered at Pot Nets as well as my family. Everyone loves coming here. The rental home itself was beautiful, clean and was in a great location. It helped make the week very enjoyable for all!

The combination on the door wouldn't work and we were locked out for an hour while security tried to figure out how to get us into the house. The house lacked some useful things like plastic wrap, foil, etc. One of the window blind wands in one of the bedrooms did not work and one of the window blinds in the front had a broken slat. We like that linens are provided and we love the porch!

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

You get the best breeze on this porch, and a great view of all the action. It’s not far from the pools or the beach or the paradise grill. EVERYONE was totally impressed with the community and the pristine conditions of the spacious well designed homes. We had room to entertain and celebrate and also areas to have two toddler take their naps and early bedtimes. Paradise Grill was a gem having diversity of music and food to satisfy everyone from 25 to 85 years old. Best birthday ever!!!
