We have had a lot of fun updating this unit to be a happy and relaxing get away! We are on the 4 th floor and there are 2 elevators for your convenience. Master bdr has a king ,2 nd bdr has a queen and 3 rd bdr has 2 twins. All bedrooms have flat screen tvs. The living area has a sofa and love seat, with the sofa being a sleeper so all in all you could sleep 8. Indoor dining table seats 6 with another 4 at the bar. Outdoor Teak dining table seats 6 as well on the more than 200 sq ft deck! Kitchen is designed to allow you to be a part of everything even if you decide to cook. Kitchen is newly renovated with Quartz counter tops and new microwave and stove, as well as everything you would need for comfortable cooking. Recently updated baths in Master and Hall.
WIFI included.
We provide all linens and towels included in rental price. Hair dryers are in each bathroom. 48" Flat screen tv in living area with DVD player and a great library of DVDs. Full size washer and dryer. We also have extra chairs in the laundry area and a soft sided cooler to take to the beach. We even have some sand toys we keep on the deck. We just replaced the air conditioning inside unit May 2022, so you shouldn’t have any problems with the heat of summer.

Condo was beautiful with a fantastic view of the ocean. Plenty of linens and even beach toys for the kids stored out on the balcony. Very quiet and relaxing place. Robin was incredibly nice and the overall experience was perfect. Very happy and pleased to have spent my birthday vacation here!

This is a very nice condo located right on the beach. It has an amazing balcony/deck area with a great view, lots of seating and a large table for ourdoor dining or game play. The home is very clean and comes with lots of additional accessories to use in the kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, appliances, etc.) The bedrooms were spacious with all bedding included. Two large bathrooms and a full size washer/dryer. Highly recommend this location.

Fantastic location! Fabulous patio!

There were 4 of us that stayed here and we had a great time. Close enough to everything, but without the heavy crowds. Our group loved the outdoor patio/balcony with the ocean view and that there was chair service every morning on the beach. Check in was easy and the condo was clean. Would definitely stay here again

We live in North Ga and have family living in Cherry Grove. Over the years we have visited and fell in love the area. We have had a great time updating and decorating this condo. From the plank board tile on the floor to the brightly colored walls and pictures. We hope that you enjoy your stay in our beach get away!

This is not just a place to stay while at the beach. From the moment you enter our condo our hope is that you will feel relaxed and cheerful.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is located in an area called Cherry Grovve. The beaches are beautiful and much less crowded than than the beaches further south where the large high rises grow! Family orientated for sure, but not too far away from the bigger crowds and entertainment.
