Exquisite View of Gulf & Pass, Sleeps 10!!

Happy place to be... Pass It Down!!!! Our 6th floor condo offers breathtaking views of the white sand beach and beautiful waters of the Gulf! The private, wrap-around beachfront balcony lets you enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim, and the boats coming through Perdido Pass into the Gulf. From the Gulf front living room and kitchen, you can hear the relaxing sounds of the surf. Phoenix East welcomes you with a spacious lobby and gathering area. FREE WI-FI in our condo and throughout the complex lets you stay in touch whether lounging by the pools or using the on-site meeting rooms for your business needs, wedding or family reunion.

The pools were completely renovated in Spring of 2016. The entire area around the pools have "cool-crete" that won't get hot in the summer.

Our PASS IT DOWN is perfect for a winter retreat, family vacations/reunions, couples' getaways, or girls’ weekends! Pack your flip flops and plan your getaway!

Please note there is paid parking on site. $65/vehicle for the entire stay if you book on arrival. Or you can save $10/vehicle by booking online via code sent before check-in. During peak months, we are limited to only 2 spots per booking.

Beach Towels – Six beach towels will be in the condo for your convenience...if used, please wash and return as these are our personal ones and not covered by the cleaning service.
Set A/C at 75 or Heat at 60 in Winter months
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Spacious condo with beautiful 6th floor views. Balcony facing gulf is a wraparound with modernized furniture. There is also a small balcony off the master bedroom facing parking lot that allows you to see the bustling night lights. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Full size fridge, washer and dryer. The property has a large pool area with bbq pits, raquetball, tennis and basketball courts. Located just a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. Allyson was easy to be in contact with. Would stay again.

The pictures don't do this unit any justice. Much nicer than pictured, corner unit. The property manager was very nice and an excellent communicator. My only wish is that we knew more details before booking i.e. car passes. We had an extra car that we had issues finding a spot to park. Only 2 are allowed for the unit.

Great place but watch for parking fees

I have college kids and parents so parking cost us 55 dollars per car x 5 cars. I did not have that extra money at Christmas. Parking fees was emailed to me after reservation made, not in write up about the place. It made for a lot of stress. We spent a lot of time looking for public parking. No guard at gate when we arrived so had to get up the next morning to get a parking pass. Some construction but didn’t last long and noise blockers in bedrooms

I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding. The parking fees go directly to the building and are noted in the listing. I offered an extra free night for the confusion. I also shared some public parking options for you guys. I'm glad the construction wasn't too bothersome. It sounds like it's almost done based on many guests' feedback.

Absolutely loved this place! We are already thinking about next year. Property is exactly as described. Check in was a breeze and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time at Pass it Down! Condo had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. More than enough room to accommodate our large family! Construction was going on next door, but they weren’t noisy at all, most of it looks like they are working on the interior now. Will definitely stay again!

The property was advertised with beautiful views. Complex is a little dated, but in a great location. Dealing with the owner was very easy. The only issue that we encountered was that the rug in the bedroom had a lot of stains on it when we arrived. We just emailed picture to owner who kindly apologized for cleaning and we just rolled it up and put in closet.

Perfect location and friendly staff during check in! The owner was extremely nice and helpful, as well. The condo even included beach towels, chairs, and beach toys! When sitting on the balcony, you can see the pass and watch boats coming in and leaving. Of course, the view of the beach is amazing, as well, and you can see the pool right below you. There’s nothing more you could need for a getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very well furnished from kitchen to large screen TV's. The view of the Gulf from the main bedroom and living room was awesome. My parents and I bought in this building in March 2016 and purchased this particular unit in October 2020. We plan on renting some and visiting some. We love Orange Beach and enjoy taking family beach vacations. We have had a few rental properties in Tuscaloosa for several years, and enjoy sharing our happy place at the beach with others. We live in Tuscaloosa (ROLL TIDE!) and enjoy playing tennis, golf, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We love this area of Orange Beach and all the amenities of Phoenix East. The wrap around view of the Gulf and the Perdido Pass is inspiring. We loved the 2 Bedroom unit we owned but as our children have grown, we decided we needed an additional bedroom to fit us all more comfortably.
