Comfy Cottage
When we arrived there were some fresh flowers, a box of chocolates and a bottle of very nice locally produced wine - this was a very nice surprise - thank you.
The cottage was very cosy, it had all that we needed - a home from home. Lovely comfy bed. The garden was ideal for our dog.

We will return!
We enjoyed a very welcome break after a long cold winter.
The property was easy to find using the car's sat nav although we had seen it on google maps beforehand. We found it to be spotless and very comfortable. We wanted to visit the north Norfolk coastal area west of Cley and found Little Birches to be well situated. For those of us living to the west of Norfolk, it was also well placed being less than 10 minutes from Kings Lynn.
We hope to return before too long.

Best Ever - Home from Home
So Welcoming especially the surprising treats so very well received. Immaculate cottage with lovely patio and gardens-so relaxing to wake and sit out for breakfast in the morning sunshine. The hosts were so kind and the booklet that they provide in the cottage was so informative and a real joy to read. A return visit is sure on our list. Thankyou so much for our our stay.

Enjoyable stay
We had a lovely week's holiday at Little Birches. The accomodation was exceptionally clean, very well equipped and comfortable. There are 2 good pubs within a short walk which is an added bonus. The only thing that was a negative for us was the lounge area was extremely small with the television being far too close to the sofa.

A lovely, little hideaway!
A beautifully designed, clean, well equipped dog friendly property, perfect as a base for exploring the area. The owners, Rachael and Marc, were lovely and very helpful giving recommendations of places to visit - not always easy when you have a dog in tow!

Excellent holiday home in a wonderful location
Little Birches is an outstandingly stunning high spec property. Rachael and Marc were very welcoming hosts and gave us lots of information - there was even a bottle of wine, chocolates, flowers and milk to greet us. We cannot recommend this property enough, very clean with excellent facilities and great location. We will definitely book again in the future.

Only one drawback
The only thing I would recommend is highlighting the fact that dogs are not allowed on sofa or bed as not everyone reads the small print on the terms and conditions because if dogs at home are allowed it is very hard to change this in the days you are away.

Dear Jason,
Thank you for taking the time to complete the UpFrontReview following your recent stay at Little Birches. Your feedback is invaluable whether constructive or positive as without this we, merely the booking agents, are often unaware of the issues that may arise hence customer feedback being something we look at very closely.
Once again many thanks for taking the time to write to us and we look forward to welcoming you back to North Norfolk sometime in the future.

Small but perfect
Such thought has gone into making Little Birches a lovely holiday home. It is small but everything is so well done that it doesn’t seem to matter. Brilliantly clean.
