Large plot of 1000 meters with exclusive facilities, 5 X 8 pool, solarium with teak sun loungers and umbrellas, barbecue, children's play area, lawn and reading or relaxing corners throughout the garden with teak furniture, wrought iron couches, Outdoor design sofas and conditioned spaces to make meals enjoying the outdoors and surrounded by lush vegetation.
The Villa has two houses, Casa Buganvilla (which you are consulting) and Casa Azahar.
They are totally independent, they only share the 1000m garden, the swimming pool and outdoor playground.

Casa BUGANVILLA: it has 2 bedrooms (5 seats), one with a ceiling of 3.5m high and exposed wooden beams, with plasma, extra large bed (two meters) large space for cot or extra bed and fitted with large capacity, the second room is a double room with two beds of 0. 90x 2.00 and large closet, full bathroom of design of 20m, with double shower and double sink inside the double room, living room with plasma and DVD , white leather sofas with chaise longue, kitchen with all appliances and exit to PRIVATE outdoor terrace for Buganvilla house with own barbecue and area to eat or be with wooden furniture, umbrellas and sun loungers.
We also have bicycles available for customers.
Its location 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the supermarket and shopping center and next to Gandía, will allow you to enjoy the tranquility and relaxation of a maritime town without sacrificing the attractions of the nearest cities.
The town of Daimús, a charming and very quiet town, surrounded by orange trees, where spring smells like orange blossoms and summer at sea, you can enjoy the beach both in summer and winter for its mild temperatures or the nearest cities (Valencia 60km, Gandia 1km, Denia 30km, Jávea, Altea Benidorm ...) also from the mountain, with hiking trails, from the Marjal de Gandía, from golf courses in Oliva, or from theme parks in Benidorm.

We came from Germany and stayed for 10 days. Celia was very kind, everything was really beautiful. She was always available to give us Informations or advice. We enjoyed everything, also the little town and area around daimus. We would love to come back!

Beautiful Property is walking distance to beach, shops and village. While property is 2 bedrooms, the master bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom making it inconvenient for the 2nd bedroom to use. It is a huge shower room but not especially private. Lovely property.

The villa is beautifully presented and was immaculate when we arrived. It is well equipped with everything you would need including a washing machine, very useful for longer stays. The pool area is great and with plenty of sun loungers and lovely grass and seating areas as well. Daimus is a quieter area than the more well known resorts but still within easy distance of Valencia (we drove from Valencia airport), Denia and Alicante. From the initial booking to checking in, Maria was brilliant and always available if we had any queries. She also provided us with information on the area as well places to visit, restaurants in both Daimus and nearby Gandia and also other beaches nearby. Thankyou Maria for all your help, we will definitely be back and I promise to try and learn some spanish for next time!!

Disappointing.

It was a bit disappointing, the house looked better in the pictures than in reality. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed and a halve open bathroom in the room, the other (small) room has a single bed. Anyone sleeping in the small room has to go into the other bedroom to use the toilet or shower (open area) which of course is ridiculous. The kitchen was well equipped. There’s no dishwasher, no kitchen towels and not even salt and pepper, the basics. The entire house has 1 airconditioner which is in the living area. The bigger bedroom is next to the pool pumphouse, we needed to keep that window closed to reduce the noise at night. The outside lights didn’t work, it needed new bulbs, something you check before your guests arrive. The mosquito screens were broken.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Maria ist eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die uns viele Tipps gegeben hat und immer erreichbar war. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist eine kleine Oase. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts sehr viel Glück und 3 nette Nachbarn. Wir können uns aber gut vorstellen, dass es mit dem geteilten Pool durchaus zu mangelnder Privatsphäre kommen könnte, da er direkt vor der Terrasse liegt.

Un accueil très agréable, sympathique avec la propriétaire, Celia, qui fait tout pour satisfaire ses hôtes. Une propreté irréprochable dans une jolie maison conseillée pour un couple avec 2 enfants de moins de 10 ans. Belle suite parentale avec un grand espace salle de bain, mais attention les toilettes sont justement dans cette pièce. Une petite chambre pour enfants bien décorée. Espace de vie spacieux climatisé (le seul) avec une cuisine bien équipée sans lave-vaisselle. Belle terrasse face à la piscine que l'on partage avec l'autre location où l'on peut manger à l'ombre d'une végétation luxuriante, ce qui donne à ce lieu tout son charme en ayant tout de même le privilège d'avoir la terrasse privative. Pour résumer belle prestation correspondant au prix demandé. Encore merci Celia pour son professionnalisme. Olivier

Lo vamos a repetir

Las dos casas están muy limpias, modernas, y bonitas. Una cosa curiosa de la Casa Buganvilla es que hay solo un aseo, dentro de la habitación principal, sin puerta. Entonces los invitados en la segunda habitación tienen que entrar en la habitación principal si quieren usar el baño, y se puede oír y ver todo. Pero para una familia pequeña y muy íntima, esta bien. Las dos casas estan perfectas para grupos de amigos o 2 familias. El jardin es una pasada, con bastante espacio para cenar juntos (o separados tambien), hacer una barbacoa, y jugar en la piscina. Hay que traer tus propias toallas de piscina, aceite, especies, toallas de papel, papel higienico (se te quedas mas de 2 dias), champu y gel de ducha. Seria mas comodo tener estas necesidades que todos van a querer. A pesar de eso, lo hemos disfrutado muchísimo y volveremos sin duda.

Lo dicho, amabas casas son ideales para ir dos familias o amigos que se conozcan y asi poder compartir las piscina y zona de jardin sin el inconveniente de conocer a los otros inquilinos. Es sin duda lo mejor de la casa, la zona de la piscina. La limpieza y gusto del interior tambien fueron magnificos. Muy recomendables pasar alli unos dias.

Casa amplia en zona muy tranquila, ideal para familias

La casa está muy bien cuidada, el jardín y la piscina son una maravilla para desconectar del ruido, lo mejor es poder cenar y desayunar en el jardín disfrutando de las buganvillas y viendo la piscina, el exterior está muy bien cuidado. La habitación principal es muy grande, el cuarto de baño que está dentro de esta habitación es una maravilla con la salvedad de que esta habitación no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador de techo lo que hace que los días de bastante calor se haga un poco agobiante pasar la noche y dormir la siesta en ella. La habitación de los niños tampoco tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador de techo lo que hace también que las noches de calor sean poco llevaderas para ellos. La cocina está muy bien equipada, todo lo necesario para el día a día y en cuanto al menaje ningún problema, tiene de todo para realizar comidas sin que te falte ningún utensilio. En general la casa está muy bien, la distancia a la playa es mejor hacerla en coche por el asunto del calor ya que andar 600 metros a las 2 de la tarde es complicado, es más cómodo hacer ese trayecto en coche ya que se aparca fácilmente en la playa y en el centro del pueblo para poder dar un paseo por la noche (hay 2 heladerías estupendas). Como crítica constructiva, creo que un aire acondicionado dentro de una de las habitaciones añadiría más confort a la casa en los meses de mucho calor, el aire acondicionado del salón no entra dentro de las habitaciones y te resta comodidad a esta casa tan bonita y bien equipada para pasar unos días con la familia. Disfrutar de la piscina nada más salir de la puerta de la casa no tiene precio, es una maravilla como está todo cuidado en el jardín para que puedas disfrutar de él y de esa piscina semi privada que sólo compartes con los vecinos de la casa.

A wonderful pool home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful buganvilla house in Daimus. Daimus is a wonderful resort village with wonderful people and Celia was a great host. The home has beautiful gardens and a nice pool that was perfect temperature. We were there at a very hot time in the summer so the pool was refreshing. They need to add A/C in the bedrooms and an additional set of towels but these were minor issues. Celia was so accommodating that we accidentally locked ourselves out of the home one afternoon and Celia was there in 10 minutes to let us back in - first class service all the way. We highly recommend the Buganvilla House in Daimus and we will certainly be staying there again on our next visit.

Un fin de semana muy relajante y todo perfecto

Pasamos del 9 al 11 de Junio en una de las casas, la más pegada a la piscina. Dos adultos y dos niñas de 8 y 5 años. La casa está equipada casi con todo y amueblada con gusto. En nuestro caso, sólo hubo que comprar papel higiénico, supongo que más por despiste que otra cosa. La atención de Celia destacable , disponible en todo momento y muy agradable cada vez que le dimos el follón . Como no entraba ningún inquilino el Domingo nos permitió estirar al máximo la estancia. Está en una zona donde hay Hiper mercado y otros servicios. Por poner un pero, la WiFi, que era móvil en ese momento y no funcionaba al 100%, aunque es un detalle sin importancia comparado con el resto de la casa. En resumen, una estancia de 9,75.
