Living room with kitchen incorporated by an American bar. Private pool. It consists of 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main room has a double bed and a built-in bathroom. The other two rooms have two beds and share a bathroom. It has a wood stove for winter. The house is not prepared for children under 14 years.

Why they chose this property

It is a house with a perfect size, with terrace and wonderful terrace with views, located in a privileged place and taken care of with affection. It has details that make her charming.
Children under the age of 14 can not stay in the house because they do not comply with elements for their safety: there is no fence that surrounds the pool, the roof fence does not meet the requirements required to accommodate children.
Cleaning costs of € 80 must be delivered when picking up the key
