Beautiful quiet location with huge Colorado views. The home is comfortable and nicely decorated. Wonderful to have laundry facilities after exploring Mesa Verde. Check in and check out instructions were easy to understand and follow. Overall a great VRBO experience. Highly recommended!

The location was great, although it would have been good to know that it is a part of a two home property, where the second home was directly adjacent and you parked in its driveway. Fortunately, the large deck and top floor deck faced wooded areas. Two of the bathrooms were dirty and one had a very, very slow draining sink. The top floor room had a door to a nice deck, but the screen was missing so you could not leave it open. Very few towels and they were quite old. The large deck was very nice as was the kitchen.

What a lovely and tranquil place to stay!! The setting is serene and peaceful. The beds are comfortable. Check in was easy. The kitchen is well stocked with every thing you need to cook. We really enjoyed the stay. My only concern was the cleanliness of the house itself. The cleaning crew could do better! Overall would stay again.

Location was good- easy 15 min to town. Quiet, beautiful porch and fenced property. Home has a lot of steps(master is up steep steps and hot with not sufficient vents).There is a stand up fan but still hot. Space is sufficient for a family vacation. Linens, towels, bedding quite dated -not enough towels provided. Bought extras and left so that may help. Need better cleaning service!! Steps indoors and outdoors can be difficult for pups, little guys or elderly. Owner lives on site ( separate home). With some attention to cleaning and updating( wouldn't cost much) this home could go from ok to great.

Great stay, especially with dogs

We really enjoyed this house. The fenced yard was amazing for our dogs and the home was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the big patio and loved the semi-secluded location.
