The house sleeps 8 in 4 generous bedrooms (2 Queen & 4 Singles) with 2 bathrooms. Both queen bedrooms have private decks with an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom. Modern chef's kitchen features 4m stainless steel island bench, dishwasher & microwave. Covered outdoor deck with large roasting BBQ facility for informal meals. Outdoor shower & lots of room for boat parking.
Lagoon House KI
Once you arrive on Kangaroo Island you are only a short drive to Lagoon House. Situated 18km from the Penneshaw Ferry Terminal or 35km from the Kingscote Airport. The house is set on the edge of an ever changing tidal lagoon. Wallabies & the Heath Goannas make their homes in the bushland surrounding Lagoon House. You can watch them from the deck as they go on their daily walks. Possums & echidnas also live close by. The safety of the lagoon makes an excellent breeding ground for many of the Island's unique bird life. Blue Wrens flit amongst the trees just outside the deck. Fish for King George Whiting off the beach or maybe feed the pelicans at sunset at Strawbridge Point. Swim in the pristine waters of Island Beach or just enjoy the silence of the beautiful bushland.

This was our second visit to this house. Itβs absolutely outstanding. We love the views the nature around it proximity to other activities and the hosts are fantastic..
Property was actually better than the photos showed, sitting on the balcony with blue wrens, magpies, crows, kangaroos and wallabies was amazing.Beautiful house superb location will definitely be staying again
Lovely clean house, the hosts have thought of everything. We loved cooking in the kitchen using produce from the vegetable garden. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the wildlife and looking out towards the water. Thank you we highly recommend your beautiful holiday house.

Excellent stay. Beautiful home and view to the ocean from the large outdoor deck with a great table for meals in the evening. Host was responsive to questions. We would stay again if in the area!

Amazing views and the wallabies visited each night. A wee bit hot while we were there; airconditioning would have made it perfect.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It had an amazing view and also had the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in any holiday house accommodation I have stayed in. It was very clean and it was convenient to so may attractions.
