This holiday home has everything you need for that perfect getaway you've been waiting for. Located in beautiful Rosedale with walking tracks to 3 beaches close by.

This modern cedar home features a large open plan living area with a large deck off the lounge & also a deck off the dining area with a BBQ. It has a wood-burning heater, convection heating and ceiling fans for cool summer evenings and cozy winter nights.

This property would suit 2 families as there are 2 bedrooms downstairs sleeping 5 people & a loft upstairs that can accommodate up to 2 people. In a quiet location with privacy, beautiful gardens & 2 TVs and entertainment units. What more could you want for your next holiday?

Tariff includes up to 7 people maximum, with the following sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen
Bedroom 2 - Bunk (1 Double & 1 Single)
Loft - 1 x Double

All domestic linen (e.g. bedding, bathroom towels and Face-washers etc.) is provided. However you will need to bring your own beach towels for use at the beaches nearby.

Pets are only considered on a case by case basis. Arrangements regarding pets must be made with the owners in advance.

Security Deposit $900.

Tranquil leafy stay

Beautiful property surrounded by gorgeous bush and greenery in a very special part of the world. Gorgeous secluded beaches a walk from the house and multiple amazing beaches a short drive away. The house was perfect for our family and was very easy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Lovely well-maintained property

This is a lovely, well maintained property within walking distance to the beach. The spacious front rooms with beautiful polished floorboards are a highlight, and the large covered wooden deck made it a pleasure to eat outside. The two bedrooms are comfortable, with an en-suite in the main bedroom. We have stayed in four different houses in Rosedale and this was certainly the most enjoyable.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My Family and I (kids 8 and 11, my partner and myself) loved our week at at E' La Desor. The property had gtreat character and was one of the best holiday houses I have stayed in, very clean and comfortable in a lovely quiet beach side community. The house never felt cramped even when we had another family stay with us for a couple of days (with the owners permission of course). It was very well equiped with everything we needed, beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the seperate spacious mezzanine with its bed and sofa's providing a great space for the kids. The beach was a short walk away or there are many other beautiful beaches a short drive away. No wifi and no dishwasher but neither of these were an issue and to be honest the family enjoyed the rest from constant wifi access. There is good phone reception for both telsta and optus. Tam, the owner was great in responding promptly to any messages. Cannot recommend highly enough, you will not be disappointed.

The beauty of the house is it blends in so well with the surrounding bushlands. You will be waken up by bird calls, be friended by parrots and rosellas, echidnas and wombats who are the usual residents.
If you love nature and exploring bush tracks, then this is the place to stay to unwind. We try to provide a home-feel for your stay, so you are welcome to use everything available in the house.
