Exactly how described! Air conditioning worked fantastic! Near beach, bay, restaurants, bars, shopping - everything! The house has everything needed for a great vacation and a book of local places to visit. Overall an awesome vacation.

Great place and location

The house was great and the location was perfect. Easy walk to food and nightlife, while being less than 200ft from the beach.

This little condo was sufficient for me and two of my girlfriends for four night day. We really enjoyed being so close to that you could walk to everything including a half mile down the street to the grocery store eating places and the beach were all within steps, it was wonderful. The weather was great and the host. Lawrence was wonderful with questions we had about anything. He even sent us a brand new blender because I guess somebody walked off with the last one, but it was very nice. I felt safe being right there close to everything and my friends did too. Thank you so much!

Perfect location, less than a minute walk to the beach. Restaurants within walking distance, house had everything we needed and if it didn’t, Lawrence took care of it right away. Wonderful family vacation.

We are thankful for the feedback! Unfortunately, Logan did not mention any trouble with the shower. So we were unable to explain that his group had simply turned off a valve, there are two. They just needed to pull out the 2nd handle. We appreciate the heads up about your TV issues, and will double check to make sure things are working like they always have. Much appreciated!
