About this property

Desert Jewel: Luxurious Retreat & Poolside Bliss

Welcome to our brand new casita. We are located in the prestigious Kierland area with great shopping, fantastic, restaurants and events. Barrett Jackson car show, PGA golf tournament, Arabian horse show all in our back yard. A short ride away is spring training facilities, old town with bars,clubs, and art galleries.

The casita is brand new, we but a lot of work and love into building it for your enjoyment. There are no shared areas in the casita and it’s totally private. The unit consists of a living room with a Samsung 4K tv and
an Alexa for your listening pleasure. Also a bedroom, with a Samsung 4K tv, a king size bed and a well stocked kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker. Bathroom has a shower panel with 8 jets plus a rain/waterfall feature.
You also have 2 private patios. One by the kitchen with its own private table, chairs and Weber grill, the other by your back door with chaise lounges for relaxing by the pool.

Peaceful quiet

Nice little apartment at the end of a cul-de-sac attached to a house with a beautiful pool, with a couple of cute little dogs that would come out every so often. Cute kitchen awesome shower comfortable bed.

Quiet Vacation

We had a great relaxing stay. The property was close to things to do and it was in a peaceful neighborhood. I felt safe the whole time we were there. Edith was super quick to respond when we had questions. The casita felt really private, and even with the owners living on property, we never felt crowded at all! I'd definitely stay here again next time we're in the Phoenix area.

Quiet Getaway

Great neighborhood quiet perfect place if you’re doing a getaway to the Phoenix Scottsdale area. Great location and there’s lots to do in Scottsdale. The host was wonderful. Hopefully I can come back when it’s warmer and enjoy the pool.

Great getaway location!

We stayed for 14 days. While the owner also lives on-site, we rarely saw her, unless we needed something. A great location, cozy space to stay. We already plan to return.

Relaxing, Quiet get-a-way

I do not want to leave a good review because I don’t want anyone else to book this place in case I want to come back I want it available…..hahahahaha. We have stayed here 2 years in a row now. We absolutely love this house & owner. The place is immaculate. The pool is so refreshing. If we are ever back in Scottsdale we will def try to stay here again. Would give 10 stars.

We had a great stay! The place is very clean, lots of closet space, comfortable bed, great kitchen. The best part is the pool and the amazing shower panel! The pool is shared but it's very large, great lounge chairs.

Lovely place to stay!

The property was great. Any issues were so minor they aren't worth mentioning. Owner is kind. Yappy little dogs were entertaining... but the owner kept them in the house or always under supervision. We do wish the pool had been heated but that isn't something done in this area we were told. All in all, it was a great get-away from snow and cold.

Good stay

We stayed 5 nights after a surgery. It was perfect. Casita is attached to main house but has a separate entrance. Rooms got dark enough at night and we had all we needed to stay in to eat. Good communication if we needed something.

Phoenix stay

The ladies were vague but helpful. The apartment was clean & as advertised. The pool was not exclusive use, we couldn’t get to the main steps due to barriers for 3 dogs The washing/drying facilities not in the apartment but through 4 gates outside You needed to ring bells so the dogs could be locked in !! The dogs overall were the biggest problem for us

Nice Scottsdale Rental

We had a good time at this rental. Mostly we hung out at the pool during the day. It was pretty quiet, which was nice. The pool area is shared between this rental, the owner and her 3 dogs (well-behaved), and an additional rental unit attached to the opposite side of the house. We overlapped with other renters for a few days, but we didn't see much of them. Highlights: Beautiful pool and patio areas, amazing shower, comfortable bed, easy check-in, great communication, close to a lot of good restaurants, had what we needed to cook our breakfasts and lunches. Thanks for the nice vacation! :)

Not as clean as 1st time stay

We found dirty clothes in one of the drawers when we went to put our clothes away. Pool wasn't very clean. Yard is cluttered around the pool. Lattice not attached to fence. The A/C wasn't working very well. Felt hot inside. We left 2 days early, our concert was canceled and we weren't very comfortable in the place.
