Quaint Summer Home in Little Compton

Our home is situated on a quiet road in Little Compton, less than 2 miles from the beach and 1 mile from the town center. The house is very spacious and is well-suited for families. The property has a large yard and a great porch with a grill and an outdoor shower.

The house is open-plan with ample living space and several beds, sofa beds, and couches. Accommodates up to 6 people comfortably in three private bedrooms and a sunroom that doubles as a fourth bedroom.

The house comes equipped with a retro kitchen, a large living room with several couches and lounge chairs, and one full bathroom (shower and tub). There is also a large back porch with a gas grill.

All bed sheets, bath towels, hair dryer, and other essentials are provided.

Our family has always enjoyed this home for our summer getaways. It is the perfect escape for families or a group of friends, with ample living space and a large yard. We are located just down the road from South Shore Beach (close enough to ride your bike, but far enough to be away from the beach traffic) and just around the corner from the town Commons.
